Overall, the experience in planning and managing our operations has been the best we could have ever asked for, since we started using monday.com. Everything from collaboration, assigning duties, monitoring the progress of our tasks, has been digitized by monday.com, allowing us to get our our work done efficiently, smoothly and within the dedicated time.

Pros

Being able to work together with my colleagues on a shared digital workspace has been the biggest win for us thanks to monday.com. Planning for our daily tasks, discussing and allocating duties has become an effortless thing for us since the introduction of monday.com. Plus, we am able to still stay in touch with my colleagues on days am working from home, without affecting the way we collaborate on each task.

Cons

Nothing whatsoever has given us any headaches while working with monday.com. The product interface is so sleek making our navigation on the product so smooth.

I really like how customizable it is as it can fit in different workflow and projects and using the automation I can save a lot of time and energy.

I wish the reporting can be more in depth which I need for complex business and while handling large dataset the performance gets a bit compromised.

Monday helps our team stay on target, on task, and on time. The ability to automate tasks to different boards has been a gamechanger for us.

Pros

Our entire organization is now on Monday.com, and the integrations we've been able to run with other teams and boards has made project intake and tracking easy. Monday's forms functionality solves many of our internal communication hurdles when starting projects.

Cons

I'd love to see more export options to make it easier to digest and report on project progress and overall data from the year.

Monday.com has become an all-in-one platform for project management now. Especially with the AI Agent features, it helps a lot and everything becomes easier.

Pros

It definitely becomes better as more development in the implementation of AI. Now we can easily manage the projects with the help of AI.

The pricing might feel a little expensive for a small team / business, because some features aren't available or are limited in cheaper plans.

I've really enjoyed using monday.com and will continue using it to stay organized. It helps me stay on track with deadlines and set my priorities.

Pros

I love that it allows me to manage my daily, weekly, and monthly tasks all in one place. It also makes project management much easier for both my team and me. Their deal for nonprofits is fantastic!

Cons

Lately, my tasks are not keeping their sorting order by deadline even after saving the sorting preference. My guess is that this is a glitch.

Pros

the app is easy to navigate and the tools are also pretty easy to use. Templates available are customizable and there are so many different ways to add different project views that it is hard to not find the software appealing.

Cons

I only used this software briefly as i was involved in a singular project that used it so i didn't need to use it much after that. As with many sites like this, i would say what I liked the least is the free version (which is what i used) did not have near the offerings of the other versions that required payment. I can see that the paid versions seem to have much more and if i was working with project management software in the future monday.com would be right up there as a top choice

I have been using monday.com for project and task management for a while now and it is very easy to use, even for new team members. I like that how flexible monday.com is. I can customize workflows as I want.

Cons

Some useful features are only available for higher tire, which sometimes feels limiting. Other than that it is best tool.

Really enjoyed the overall simplicity and the iOS app was great too. You can toggle between different views (Kanban, Gantt, Calendar, and Timeline) without needing a technical setup and I appreciated that.

Pros

Great task management tool, simple layout with highly customization options. Used it with a team of partner managers to collaborate on projects and ensure the partners were taken care of.

Cons

The pricing felt a little clunky. When we were first trying it out, there was rigid per-seat pricing with a three-user minimum. Once everyone on the team was using it, this was no longer a problem.
