Pros

Amazing interface! It's so helpful and fast. I can't live without it. It helps tremendously to have all communication housed there. We have full visibility into projects and what is causing hold ups.

Cons

I can't think of anything I dislike! This tool is the absolute best. It has lots of premade board templates so you don't have to start from scratch.

My overall experience with monday.com has been great, It made organizing and tracking easier for us. Collaboration is also another part that I like. I can update our files and data and I don't have to inform my colleagues as they already get notified

Pros

I like how I can organize and receive automations on our charter requests. I also like how we can personalize a form that will cater the needs of our client as well as our team.

Cons

I don't like it when my calendar freezes and that I have to refresh it to load again. Sometimes I need work done quickly and it just adds more time to it.

Overall, my experience has been positive. There was a bit of a learning curve coming from another platform, but really love the tools Monday.com has.

Pros

Love how intuitive and customizable Monday.com is. It makes team collaboration easy, even for non-tech savvy users.

Cons

Some advanced features require higher tier plans, which can get expensive fast. Also the mobile app experience isn’t as robust as the desktop version.

Very useful tool for organising projects and the assigning tasks. Seeing progress and start/end dates is also easy and keeps us and client up to date.

Pros

Being able to create columns you need for different boards and the ability to invite users to contribute. You can use internally and externally.

Cons

Don’t always get notified about new activity or additions, unless you are tagged to a comment or assigned a task. If using externally, requires a bit of training and support.

Overall, I've used Monday.com for years and am very happy with how well it can scale for small, medium and large businesses. The customizability and plugins offered are also really good and do help a lot to make the platform feel very tailored to your organisation.

Pros

I love the way dashboards can be used to integrate separate departments together. This works particularly well for Marketing Agencies where work is shared between departments but individual departments still operate individually.

Cons

I sometimes find Monday can be quite rigid in how tasks are assigned and then moved around on timelines. Having to go into board to access tasks or even not being able to 'peek into' a task can make it harder to breeze over work and tasks completed without feeling a bit 'bogged down'.

We integrated Monday.com into our operating systems a year ago and have just renewed our contract. Our business is on the smaller side but we do have multiple locations. It has allowed me as an executive director with the company to oversee all four of our business with ease. I feel I am able to be informed on all aspects of each location without ever physically setting foot in them.

Pros

Monday has allowed my organization to be more organized. Utilizing Monday.com's functionality we have been able to stream line company process assisting in our overall operations.

Cons

I have yet to experience any flaws with Monday.com. I find their support team to be responsive and informative any time I encounter an issue. Any issues have been strictly user based and there have not been any with the software itself.

L’un des aspects que j’ai le plus appréciés est la flexibilité du logiciel. Monday.com permet d’adapter les flux de travail à différents types de projets grâce aux multiples vues (Kanban, Gantt, tableau classique). Les intégrations avec d’autres outils comme Slack et Google Drive rendent aussi la collaboration plus fluide.

Cons

Ce que j’ai le moins apprécié, c’est la complexité de certaines fonctionnalités avancées. Lorsqu’on souhaite configurer des automatisations ou utiliser des rapports détaillés, cela peut nécessiter un certain temps d’apprentissage. Un accompagnement plus poussé serait un vrai plus.

De façon générale, j'adore travailler dans Monday. Je l'utilise depuis plusieurs années pour des sujet aussi variés que la gestion du staffing, du recrutement ainsi qu'une variété de sujets Qualité.

Pros

La possibilité de mettre en place de l'automatisation très simplement. La possibilité de connecter les informations entre elles très simplement afin d'éviter toute redondance d'information. La possibilité d'éditer les informations liées sans avoir à se rendre dans le board qui contient lesdites informations. Les modules qui permettent d'exploiter les informations et les mettre en forme très efficacement.

Cons

Il manque la possibilité de générer des ID uniques et personnalisés, indispensable pour pouvoir utiliser Monday comme un outil de gestion de Non Conformités par exemple. Des modules payant d'éditeur tier existe mais j'estime que ça mériterait d'une fonction native de l'outil.

There is a lot of tabs, and lot of information and tools to utilize form Monday. It shows how much capability there is and that can feel overwhelming

Overall, it gives my team visibility into who is working on what, makes our collaboration smoother and reduce miscommunication. It keeps my development workflow organized, transparent, and efficient.

Pros

In monday.com the boards are easy to customize and automate features are good. The UI is clean makes task tracking and sprint planning fell less chaotic.

Cons

When the boards gets too large, the UI feels sluggish and loading time increases. The mobile app is not as optimized as the web version.

Overall very positive, I use it daily to manage my tasks and monitor campaign performance. I have used it for a few years now and in the begining I would face a few bugs that would prevent me from using as much. But within the last 6 months, I've noticed a huge improvement and really enjoy using the platform. I don't experience bug issues and even if I do, when raised with the support team, they are fixed very quickly.

Pros

I like the dashboard feature where you can bring data from different boards and compare campaign performance. Having a visual representation of the data is very helpful in understanding and implementing positive changes. Also, the AI chat bot is insanely accurate in getting you to the right resources or even solving your issue there and then.

Cons

Although there are so many automations available, I can sometimes spend a long time finding the correct one I want to use and it can me a sort of trial and error. Maybe I just need to spend more time learning how they work etc.

Visually organised. Easy to follow. The colour-coded boards and customisable views made it easy to see project progress easily and stay aligned with other team members. It reduced the need for catch-ups and emails.

Cons

At the beginning, it felt a bit overwhelming because there are a lot of features and customisation options. It took some time to understand the dashboard.

We used it to design a volunteer and event registration form and manage the collected information with the team. It worked great for us. Customizing took some time, but it was effective.

Pros

It's user-friendly and has many templates for designing/customizing the forms per your needs.

Cons

For our purposes, we did not find any major cons other than the part that Pricing plans are little confusing

It's a blast a keeping myself organized with monday.com. I don't know how I survived without it before. I am significantly more organized and have way less stress trying to keep track of what needs done with which projects.

Pros

I love how easy it is to organize my projects and their tasks using monday.com. I can set request date, due dates, start and end dates. There's a ton of customizability!

Cons

Their automations are a tease. When you first set up a free account they let you use automations for a couple weeks, and then turn them off. You have to have a paid account to use any automations. Even if a two or three automations were available to a free account would be nice.
