The client can review the tasks at hand and even update on their end, while we keep an eye on any missing items. Pros We like using Monday for Project Management for ongoing projects. When we have projects in the pipeline that uses multiple tasks and applications, Monday.com is the best in the business to manage it. Cons The interface isn't as clear as some other project management tools. We used to use a CARD system similar to trello but moved on to Monday for the task system. Switched from [Trello](https://www.capterra.com/p/211559/Trello/) We used to use Trello for task management on projects and on-going task projects, but we needed to move off a card system. I'd say its on level with Trello - a cheaper and user-friendly but limited option for those who find the likes Jira too expensive or intimidating. Pros Monday.com is great value for money and customisable to whatever industry, company or project type you're working on. Customer service is great. I find when you're using the free version, it can be a bit harassy in trying to get you to upgrade to paid versions. Cons I just couldn't get comfortable in it. It has great features - especially the customisation - but I've been using Jira and Asana for years and there's nothing Monday.com does better to bring me away from those programmes. Pros The breadth of functionality and customisation! Cons Sub-itemisation causes problems when pulling through MI data, this has limited plenty of expansive project management systems that we could have created. Assinging tasks, creating to do lists and managing actions is super simple and it helps keep everyone on track. Pros It's very easy to understand and intuative to use. I've introduced it for a number of projects with our team and we've had no issues with getting team members to engage with it. Cons The user limits can be confusing between paid seats and guests and we found out the hard way that we had "oversold" our seats! Pros First thought it was just a simple task list management tool, but actually turned out to be way more powerful than I thought. Visually clean and easy to establish priorities for both simple use cases as well as more power users. Cons It would be nice to offer a way to strip back some of the functionality if not used as those looking for a more streamlined/simpler feature set can find it overwhelming on first use. Cons The restrictions into the customisation of the boards and pages, restricting users to only using the Monday colour scheme and lacking any variants into how much you can change what your board looks like.
