Apart from this to look at the entire project governance and helping with the WBS (work breakdown structure) framework as well is a progressive look compared to other project management tools out there. Pros The visibility to look at the status of each project and see daily, weekly updates at a quick glance. Also, the collab function to provide team updates and tag specific person to nudge them about their projects is a great help. Cons The reporting type (graphs) are very basic and limited to a point. I cannot drill it down to the level of detail I need without creating other metric dashboards or cards. May 8, 2025 3.0 Good but it is not our primary CRM. The mobile app feels challenging to navigate too. Pros We've tried Monday.com as our CRM in the past for a few months, and it's been a great temporary fit for our small team. I found that it's super easy to customize, so we were able to build out a sales pipeline that actually matches how we work. The interface is clean and intuitive, and the automations save us a ton of time on follow-ups and reminders. Cons Setting up formulas or dashboards can be time consuming and take some training. Pros It is very easy to communicate what projects and tasks are prioritized and for who should focus on what task(s). There are a lot of features and options within the program to communicate clearly. Cons It can get very busy and overwhelming fast. Tasks can sit around for a while and don't necessarily sort based on their status which would be helpful. January 8, 2025 3.0 Its a really powerful platform that offers lots of features but you need to be clear on how you want to use it and focus on the important aspects without being distracted by all its different bells and whistles. Pros Digging deeper into the product it can be so powerful with integrations and automations within the software that you can build out some incredible workflows and functionality that spans so many areas of the business. Cons Its quite complex to use properly. We use it for project management mainly but without getting external help I dont think we would be able to get it setup properly. Easily accessible from any browser and there are apps for "on-the-go" last minute changes. Cons Some of their integrations work flawlessly but others lack basic features. Twilio is amazing but the Salesforce one is missing basic things like boolean operators to perform bulk actions. Some people may complain about the pricing but it all makes sense once you see how quickly it tackles down all obstacles and helps you to get things done.
