It is great tool for organizing and managing projects especially with teams. I love how easy it is to set up boar, track tasks and collaborate with others. Even though features seems overwhelming at first but when I got used to it so it becomes best tool. Pros What I really like about monday.com is it helps me organizing my work super easy. The visual boards help me see everything at one look and due to customize feature I can fit my need in projects. It is great for teamwork everyone stays on same page and can update tasks. In last the notifications keep me on track without feeling overloaded. Cons There is nothing much to dislike about monday.com but the features are overloaded sometimes I get confused it take times to learn about feature. Manage your project in color" July 7, 2024 4.0 I worked with Monday.com on a large project where various stakeholders were designing, evaulating and publishing lessons as a part of a larger digital badging project. It's graphical displays made it easy to track progress on the individual elements of the project. Pros I liked how easy it is to use Monday.com to show project progress, dates when elements were completed, as well as who is currently working on which aspects of the larger project. Cons I would like to see Monday add in some additional communication elements so that meetings could be called (video calls) to members could communicate effectively within the platform when workflow issues arise.
