### "Simple, visual and efficient project management tool"

March 18, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with monday.com has been positive. It’s a user-friendly tool that helps structure work and improve visibility across projects, even if some advanced features require a bit of time to fully master.

Pros

What I liked most about monday.com is its intuitive and visual interface. It makes it easy to track projects at a glance, and the flexibility of the boards allows you to adapt it to different workflows quickly.

Cons

What I liked least is that it can become quite complex when you try to use more advanced features, especially automations and integrations. Also, the pricing can increase quickly as your team grows.

### "Monday.com for every day of the week!"

February 21, 2026

5.0

Overall, I'd recommend it in a heartbeat. It's super versatile, has a pleasant UI, and is really easy to maintain and share with others. I use it all day every day and I'm glad!

Pros

Monday is so versatile - we use it for meetings, progress tracking on projects, tracking bugs, cross-team information visibility, and even our company directory.

Cons

Honestly, I dislike very little. But the two things would be notifications (tend to be overwhelming in quantity and hard to curate properly) and search (I'm not always able to search as targetted as I'd like to be able to).

### "Great app… but the cost."

February 13, 2026

3.0

Monday was great while we used it. The problem is not in the application or ease of use at all, it comes down to the price. Our office switched to a task list in high level that we use for other parts of our business and has the same capability without additional cost. Take this with a grain of salt, we are a smaller business. A larger team and I could see this being very helpful. Maybe add a lower option for small businesses.

Pros

Monday is clean and organized. It was really great for keeping our whole team on the same page most of the time. Great for things like inventory lists, tasks, lead call-backs, etc.

Cons

The cost. $60 per month seems like overkill for something that does what other systems like a google document, shared apple notes, skylight, etc (I’m sure there are less expensive options) can do. The only thing different was I get a notification on Monday. If you schedule time each day to check a list instead of needing a notification, there are free ways to do all the same things.

### "Monday.com is great for light to medium needs, but you may outgrow it's capabilities"

January 28, 2026

3.0

I was on the team that initially vetted and recommended Monday.com, and I've used it for 4+ years almost daily. It excels with simple project management and offers extremely user-friendly functionality. However, it has serious limitations compared to, say, Jira, or another platform used to manage intricate projects spanning multiple teams.

Pros

The colors, branding, interface, and instructional information provided within the interface are very inviting and non-intimidating for non-technical people.

Cons

It lacks many of the more advanced capabilities offered by Asana, Jira, and other task/project management platforms

### "Flexible, Visual Project Management"

February 26, 2026

5.0

Overall, monday.com is a powerful and flexible work management platform that excels at project tracking, team collaboration, and workflow automation. It is especially effective for cross-functional teams that need visibility and accountability. While there is a learning curve for advanced customization, once configured properly, it significantly improves organization and transparency across projects.

Pros

The customizable boards, automation features, and multiple views (Kanban, timeline, calendar, dashboard) allow teams to tailor workflows to their needs. Collaboration is seamless with tagging, file sharing, status updates, and real-time notifications. The automation builder saves time by minimizing repetitive tasks, and its integrations with tools like Slack, Google Drive, and Salesforce improve productivity.

Cons

Pricing can become expensive as teams grow or require advanced features. Some automations and integrations are available only on higher-tier complex workflows can take time to set up, and performance may slow down if boards have many items. items. Reporting and dashboard capabilities, while useful, may feel limited compared to more robust analytics platforms.

### "A good work/collaborative tool"

February 23, 2026

4.0

It as always been lovely and positive especially for me, it is easy to navigate and easy to manage tasks, although the pricing can be challenging. But It is a very good service

Pros

As a frontend developer and a freelancer, I find it very easy to navigate because with my field of works, I do a lot of collaboration with my team or clients and this as made it very easy for me. The automation is also a piece I love so much only if I can master it

Cons

It is a little bit pricey because most time my team are always small and it is not always easy for us to get hang of the price, also though I still find the basic feature easy to use but some customization and some automation are sometime difficult to get hold of

### "Good to try software."

I like to work on Monday app in simple day to day tracking for my workplace. I will continuous to use it.

Pros

What I like most about Monday .com is it provide clear visibility, flexibility, easy tracking. Users can customize their own workplace by adding the necessary subject which makes it much easier to track tasks, priorities, and progress across teams. It also helps everyone stay aligned and avoid missed follow- ups using their real time updates.

Cons

Can feel overwhelming if dashboards are not well designed, this could be easy to build but hardly to maintain or overbuild. Sometimes I can feel too many automations can confuse users.

Pros

Monday is an efficient and simple way for me to track subcontractor pay applications. It has an easy-to-learn layout, and I was able to implement it in my role quickly.

### "Monday.com makes your life easier!"

March 18, 2026

5.0

I have enjoyed the experience, and found it to be a useful tool in managing many projects, all including important details.

Pros

Monday.com is a helpful tool that I use as a Real Estate Team Operations Director. It's easy to format your calendar, checklists, etc. and share it with your team. I use it to delegate tasks for each property we work with to make it clear what needs to be done and my whom. It helps manage our processes, and simply automate tasks that are always needed for each property, along with being able to easily add in new items per listing as needed.

Cons

I honestly like all of it! It has great customization tools, solid customer support, and is a good value for our team.

### "The Best CRM I Have Used - 'For My Needs'"

November 5, 2025

5.0

I have used many CRM's including Monday, many years ago. It wasn't like it is now and I'm quite pleased with the progress. I'd have to say Monday is the best CRM for my needs I have ever used and I won't use anything else moving forward!

Pros

I love the interface and overall ease of use. It's looks great and well organized out of the box. Yet completely customizable to fit anyones needs from a solo entrepreneur to fortune 500 corporation.

Cons

Sometimes too many customization options is too much. The new "campaigns" feature for emailing tripped me up for hours! Once customer support instrusted me on how to access the section, all was well. Then the real malfunction occurred. I spent at least four hours with a support rep trying to import a csv with first name, last name and email. Neither of us could import the list completely. Leading the bug to be escalated to the next level of support. It's been two days now and I am sitting on a mailer to 735 of my clients. I may be forced to use another email server which is highly counterproductive.

ClickUp is awesome! BUT - It's far too non-linear for me. I ended up spending more time trying to figure how and where templates were installed and located. Leading to lots of time spent on non productive tasks. But it holds it's own without a doubt.

### "Powerful tool once you get the hang of it"

August 25, 2025

4.0

Overall, Monday.com has been helpful for our team, especially for keeping everyone on the same page. It’s flexible to work for different teams and types of projects, which is nice. At first, figuring out all the boards, automations, and settings can be a bit confusing. Once you get used to it, though, it really does make collaboration and project tracking easier.

Pros

I really like how easy it is to see what everyone’s working on at a glance. The boards and timelines make it simple to keep track of projects without constantly checking in with people. I also like that you can customize it for different teams. we’ve set up workflows that actually match how we work. And it connects with tools we already use like Slack and Google Drive, which makes life a lot easier.

Cons

The main thing I don’t love is that it can get a bit too much when we have a lot of boards and projects going on. Sometimes it feels like there are too many options or settings, and it takes a while to figure out the best way to organize everything.

### "Monday.com successful workflow streamlining"

July 8, 2025

4.0

Overall, I think my experience has been pretty good. It has really helped our organization stay up to date with what various teams are doing, which has not only eliminated a lot of meetings/emails, but it has helped us streamline processes and stay more productive versus just busy. Also, it has been very nice for tracking progress of projects and keeping a record of tasks over time and for daily use.

Pros

I like that you can have so many boards and that you can make automations on each board that involve scheduling, duplicating items across boards, and assigning items. It helps our small organization streamline our work and increase productive collaboration across teams.

Cons

I don't like that you can't edit the columns across groups within one board. For example, there are some groups that I don't necessarily need a deadline for, but they're in the same board as other groups that do need a deadline. This makes it less easy/visually pleasing/well organized. I also wish the widgets/graphs for time tracking were better laid out in order to understand where people are spending their time most.

### "monday.com - Free Online Project Management Tool"

January 24, 2026

5.0

I am currently using monday.com to collaborate on a project management Ghannt chart with an equipment supplier. The supplier is quite literally on the other side of the world, but because of the cross functional compatibility we are able to work together to view/edit/create remotely.

Pros

What I like most about monday.com is the ability to collaborate cross functionally to create and update Ghantt style charts to manage projects I work on both internally and externally with suppliers. This allows for team members all around the world to contribute remotely on the same efforts.

Cons

Just like any tool, learning to use monday.com can at first be a little challenging. But once you've learned the ropes it is quite easy to use and becomes second nature.

### "Why I Prefer monday.com for PPM Over Most Alternatives "

September 5, 2025

5.0

My overall experience with monday.com has been decent - it automates over 78% of manual repetitive PPM tasks in my current organization.

Pros

The main reason that made me choose monday.com is because of how it is flexible and adaptable to my PPM needs regardless of the industry that I am using it. In addition, monday.com offers more features than most PPM tools that I have tried.

Cons

I have used monday.com across four companies now and it have never failed me even on a single instance.

### "Connecting us all Together"

September 9, 2025

5.0

Overall, my team is happy with the use of Monday. We are continuing to build internal and inter-departmental SOPs and Monday has become an integral part of that.

Pros

I really appreciate the ease of use of Monday and the features that allow inter-departmental collaboration. It automates notifications, allowing each team to respond faster than they can check their email. It has also been great to work with their customer support people as we continue to build Monday into processes.

Cons

Monday currently does not interface with one of the main softwares we use as a company. It is something that our client manager is looking into, which is wonderful.

### "Flexible and powerful work management platform"

December 21, 2025

5.0

Overall, my experience with monday.com has been very positive. As an IT manager coordinating offshore projects, monday.com has improved our team’s efficiency, transparency, and accountability. It is reliable, scalable, and has become a central tool for managing our distributed workforce.

Pros

monday.com offers a highly customizable and visually intuitive work management platform using boards, columns, and automation. It helps teams plan, track, and collaborate on tasks effectively. Integrations with tools like Slack, Google Drive, and GitHub, along with robust automation, make it ideal for remote and offshore teams.

Cons

The platform can be overwhelming at first due to the large number of features and configuration options, especially for new users. Some advanced capabilities are restricted to higher pricing tiers, and boards can become cluttered if not organized carefully.

### "A Game-Changer for Construction Project Management – Monday.com is Our Daily Tool!"

July 27, 2025

5.0

Our overall experience with Monday.com has been extremely positive. As a construction company juggling multiple projects, crews, and deadlines, Monday has helped us centralize operations, improve communication, and stay on schedule—all while making project management feel less chaotic. The platform is highly customizable, which means we were able to build workflows tailored specifically to our construction processes, from estimating and pre-construction to active jobsite management and closeout. Whether it's assigning tasks, tracking subcontractors, monitoring materials, or logging daily reports, Monday gives us a clear and visual way to manage everything in one place.

Pros

What I like most about Monday.com is how seamlessly it organizes every phase of our construction projects—from pre-construction planning to closeout—all in one place. As a construction company, staying on top of multiple jobsites, subcontractors, material deliveries, client updates, and budgeting is overwhelming. Monday.com has become our central hub for managing these moving parts efficiently and visually.

Cons

The biggest challenge we’ve faced is the learning curve for new team members, particularly those in the field who are less tech-savvy. The flexibility of the platform is great, but without proper training, it can feel overwhelming or confusing for new users trying to navigate custom boards, automations, and status updates.

### "Absolutely Essential Work Management Software"

July 22, 2025

5.0

I use monday.com on a daily basis to enter and track data for orders that we process in my work area. We also use it to keep track of tasks, stay on top of due dates and priorities, communicate and collaborate with other departments that are working on the same job or part, and the list goes on. Honestly, I don't know how we could function as a business at this point without monday.com. I can't stress enough how integral monday.com is to our day to day operations.

Pros

I love the adaptability and versatility of monday.com. You can customize the setups, flows, views, tools in an infinite number of different configurations to suit whatever needs you may have for data entry/tracking in your workplace. The ability to build in automations and triggers helps to save you a lot of time.

Cons

The one pet peeve I would have with monday.com is that when multiple workstations are accessing the same view and make changes to the data at their station, this change isn't necessarily reflected in the same view at other workstations. Additionally, when you have multiple windows of the same view are open at a workstation and a change or entry is made, that isn't immediately reflected in the other windows. This can lead to confusion and wasted time. Remembering to refresh the browser is key, as this immediately updates all the data and any changes that may have been made at different stations or in a different window.

Wonderful experience. It is one of the best systems on the market. Its ease, cost, and all the powerful information it stores for us keeps us happy and running smoothly.

Pros

Monday is an amazing, simple, powerful tool we use daily. You can create boards very easy and add information in seconds. We used this for project tracking, reception, contractor payments, payables, receivables and much more. Cheap system that keeps our company running smoothly.

Cons

### "Incredible Management Tool for Internal & External Projects"

June 28, 2025

5.0

Overall, we're really satisfied with Monday to manage both customer projects and internal projects. We've digitized archaic processes within our company, and given back hours in the day to a few power users. I'd highly recommend to anyone who is looking to make your day more efficient and trackable.

Pros

Incredibly user friendly and easy to learn quickly. The nesting structure is incredible, from boards to groups to tasks to subtasks. Nearly all features I need to manage my projects are available in a great UI. I also like how I can save multiple views within my project.

Cons

There's nothing major that I dislike about Monday. The price-point is fair for our relatively small team using the platform, and the integrations and automations are continuously improving. If anything, perhaps Monday could add a chat feature instead of needing to call out other users within comments.
