Their customer service is really fantastic - I've been very pleased when I ask a questions, it's quickly answered. **Pros:** The platform is very straightforward; it doesn't have some of the bells and whistles of other event platforms, but that's exactly what I like about it. You need simple, easy-to-navigate, and easy-to-understand functions. We used it to get rsvp for my daughter’s sweet 16 birthday dinner party. Thank you it made things easy. **Pros:** Easy to create my daughters dinner party rsvp list link so I can keep up with all guest. Also make it easy to add and take away thing we changed as days came closer to the party **Cons:** Not really cell phone friendly, it kept taking going to the main page.
