It also give our employees and customers a way to look at all of the event details beforehand! It helps track attendees, send reminders automatically, create templates and so much more! This product takes out a lot of manual work - you can run reports of attendees who have and have not RSVP's, you can add custom questions to the RSVP such as dietary restrictions and those will show up on your reports as well. It's simple to use and our employees love it! Pros EventCreate is user friendly and gives you a space for all of your event needs. It's versatile so that you can host different types of events, but you can keep track of everything in one place. You can customize it as much or as little as you want. I love using this site! I really like the RSVP feature for attendees as well as the fact that you can customize the website with location, hotels, images, and more. Cons There are some features that could be updated/modified to give more customization options. Like page layouts, colors and photos. There are some features that are amazing, but at the same time are difficult to find every check box to use the feature, so you can get lost or confused in trying to figure out how to set something up a certain way. When setting up your event, there are several tabs and under each tab are many options/checkboxes which is great, but can be tedious and you need to double check everything to ensure it's all exactly how you want it! Their customer service is really fantastic - I've been very pleased when I ask a questions, it's quickly answered. Pros The platform is very straightforward; it doesn't have some of the bells and whistles of other event platforms, but that's exactly what I like about it. You need simple, easy-to-navigate, and easy-to-understand functions. I like that the resulting event pages are all very clean, look well formatted, professional, and are something I enjoy making. Cons I didn't like that, to send a text message blast to my event attendees, I would need to upgrade to a higher subscription status. The major downside was the syncing issue with CRM and not supporting multiple stripe accounts. Pros It's easy to set up, and I appreciate that it offers the ability to add custom questions. Reports could be generated to be used for analytics. Cons hey only allow one Stripe account per user account, which was limiting for our needs. The integration with HubSpot relied on Zapier, resulting in extra costs. Additionally, the number of live events available was quite limited. We also had to manually export event data to our CRM, which was time-consuming. Matching daily Stripe payouts to event registrants proved to be a particularly challenging and tedious process. June 4, 2026 5.0 After trying to set up events on a few different sites, it took me about 10 minutes to set up our whole invitation and RSVP for our event. Event create was the solution to everything we needed. Pros We searched and searched for the perfect event RSVP creator and event create checked all the boxes. We wanted something simple that we could upload our own photos and branding and that would be easy for our customers to use. We set up everything in about 10 minutes and we’re able to get our invite out within an hour. Cons Wish I could change the color palette of the RSVP page button buttons, but other than that, everything was amazing. We were finishing each other's sentences and were having such a good conversation we went over the scheduled time without realizing it. Once we got access to the paid version, it was so easy that no training was needed. Our first event was up and running in a few hours. Pros EventCreate is just a natural extension of what I'm doing physically in person. It's intuitive, a clean interface, and super easy to use. It's the Event Management tool I'd create if I were a developer. Cons Their marketing is poor. I searched several times for EventBrite alternatives and they never showed up. I only found them through a review site. Will continue to use for all my events. Pros Ease of use, massive functionality at a good price, all kinds of customization. Cons Conditional logic on registration questions is limited to one to one. No way to pick a language at the start and then conditionally select all following questions based on that selection. Once you use a question in a logic condition, it disappears from the option list on following conditional logic. The program I was using was quite antiquated. I had been looking at a larger company platform but the cost was exhorbitant and I didn't need all the bells and whistles. EventCreate is exactly what I needed. Pros Very easy to use. I started off using the trial and got to a point where I needed to upgrade. Their customer support has been hands down the easiest to work with when it's through a chat. I upgraded to the pro, paid for a month subscription to continue trialling in that capacity. When I realised it was going to work, I paid for the annual subscription (much cheaper than paying for a month) Cons I do wish you could copy and paste what you've already done. Our small nonprofit would not be able to hold its event without it. I had no problem learning the system used to create the event website. The online purchasing and ticket tracking system is absolutely stellar. Overall, it has been a joy to find all the things we needed located in one site. We will use again. Cons Not having a way to make it to have more tickets if they purchased one table. Not good when the individual tickets on a table cost more than the individual tickets. July 25, 2021 5.0 Regardless of the technical stuff, (which I don't know if less web-interface savvy people will not get frustrated with it) I otherwise really enjoyed using this program! I needed it super fast, everything was ready, upgrading was easy and didn't require a long term contract or anything! There should be a mobile preview option somewhere to see how that would look (cuz let's face it, we are making these for people to use through their phones); but it was an easy back and forth fix. Highly recommend :) Pros I love the data tracking, customization and the ability to follow through or update customers in the same way I would on a full website! For the temporary site and ability to still edit and customize, even after sending; is truly amazing to me. I love it! Cons There are some accessibility issues I have with the more technical aspect of the site. The selection areas, when it comes to multiple lines of title and text boxes, can be super frustrating to click and then have to click AGAIN to actually edit. Why can't it just be click and edit? The "bold" option for text doesn't quite react when you select it. And when you have a set up for a Scheduling section, it should just be premade form with the titles and text to be entered/filled in...unless it wasn't intuitive that that was how I was supposed to do it...I honestly had to click each title and paragraph element to find out how to repeat the sizes, spacing and style. It is easy to use, very professional, and for the price you get a good amount of options. Their customer service responded within 4 hours via email in the middle of the night and fixed OUR issue so kindly. We are so excited to grow our business and expose other to EventCreate! Pros Not only is it very inexpensive for a good package, but it also is very easy and user friendly. There are so many customization options and really allows you to run your event as if you were someone using ticketmaster. It looks great, it is very easy to use, we have had no problems with anyone accessing it. Cons It doesn't have an Android app even tough there is an IOS one. I am not sure why they don't have it, but it is really an inconvenience for a business like our because we utilize different persons to do check-ins and such. It would also be nice if we could choose what information goes on the physical "ticket" that your customer gets. It is a great app, it is just the small things. I am so happy with this product, especially since the world shifted and we all had to quickly learn what events would look like virtually. We started hosting more training sessions and smaller events more often and this site has made it so easy to do! Pros I have used many other sites in the past - ranging from large-scale sites that cost thousands for basically the same thing as this one, except this was MUCH easier to use! I have already suggested other coworkers from sister companies use it too! The easiest thing about this is that it's mostly drag and drop type design and you are always able to go back and add in more or less. I appreciate that I can add links to social media and our website. I can bring in video clips and even have an interactive map that will show guests where evening events are. Across the board for small or large-scale events, this is the best site to use! Cons There have been a few times that I wish I was able to change something or add in something different than what was available, however, the team has always been more than happy to help get me what I need and there are many options to design and edit to make it your own. EventCreate was extremely easy to use and customize to fit our needs and it had all of the aspects I was looking for such as an option to include a gallery for our auction items and a way to set up online payments without having to sent people to another website. We started with the free trial and ended up purchasing a year's subscription so that we can use this platform again for our future events. For all that EventCreate offers, the price was extremely reasonable. I am so appreciative that this platform exists and that I stumbled upon it because it met all of our needs and helped us create an amazing and beautiful website for our event.
