It made creating and sending out the registration so easy. I am also able to track invitees and stay organized especially with seating and adding guests. Pros EventCreat is extremely easy to use and I can create clean, professional, and beautiful invitations. Their list of options helps me to ask my invitees the right questions and stay organized. Pros I very much liked the customization options and ease of creating a presentable professional event website within a few hours! Cons The only downside of Eventcreate was the lack of subscription options. A cost for a single event page or for a short term need would have been useful as I do not anticipate using the site creator outside of the one event I am hosting but paid a full year subscription because it was cheaper than the monthly option. February 14, 2023 5.0 I am so pleasantly surprised with the functionality, capabilities, customization options and overall user-friendliness of EventCreate! I'm so glad I came across the site (found it via a Google search for online event invitations with RSVP). I am getting so many compliments on our event's landing page, how easy it is to have all the information they need about their event right at their finger tips and RSVP. EventCreate helped me look like a website professional rather than just a party planner. Highly recommend EventCreate over any other online event invite/management systems! Will definitely be using again. Pros The software was very user-friendly. It made it easy to create a beautiful, functional landing page that made it simple to share all the information we wanted to about our upcoming event. It was truly custom to our event. As a marketing professional, being able to brand even a personal event, is amazing! The registration process was also easy to set-up and easy for our attendees to use. Cons When adding an image to my landing page, it would have been helpful to know the specs for the images so the graphic could be properly formatted to the space. For adding attendees without a spreadsheet, having a simple table that I could manually enter in a list of attendees all at once rather than having to keep hitting the "add attendee" button each time would have been nice.Neither are deal breakers and are mostly just a matter of preference. Reason for choosing EventCreate Had all the functionality and customization features I wanted and more! Our small nonprofit would not be able to hold its event without it. I had no problem learning the system used to create the event website. The online purchasing and ticket tracking system is absolutely stellar. Overall, it has been a joy to find all the things we needed located in one site. We will use again. Pros This site's capabilities, ease of use and affordability are the best around. After researching for some time, it was by far the best in all three aspects. Our nonprofit will use it for all future events that require registration, online payments and ticketing. It's an amazing site full of incredibly useful functions. Cons I'm not certain what to say here because I didn't really find a con. I think if there were more options for the website building aspect, maybe that would help. However, it has all the pieces we absolutely had to have. if there were a "third of a page" item option for maps, that might be good. April 10, 2024 5.0 This was the first service to appear in my online search for RSVP management, but after a quick review of their website I discovered it was very user-friendly and super easy to customize my RSVP website. I was able to add my own images to maintain brand identity. I could quickly and easy easily add my own and change the font to create a professional looking website for our customers to use! Pros I liked how easy it was to quicky and efficiently set up an account and then create an event. I needed as service to keep track of RSVP's and I love that will do that and much more for a small fee, saving me a ton of time and resources. Cons I did not like that it stated it was free and allowed me to register and even create an event, but I could not save it until I paid for a subscription. Review Source ML Michael L. I'm considering purchasing this service for my entire organization. Pros There are more features offered than I need for my event, which is good. Despite the robust offerings, however, it was easy to navigate the website and find/use the feature that were important for my event. Cons I didn't initially realize that I could opt to be charged monthly. I discovered this after selecting yearly billing. I am so happy with this product, especially since the world shifted and we all had to quickly learn what events would look like virtually. We started hosting more training sessions and smaller events more often and this site has made it so easy to do! Pros I have used many other sites in the past - ranging from large-scale sites that cost thousands for basically the same thing as this one, except this was MUCH easier to use! I have already suggested other coworkers from sister companies use it too! The easiest thing about this is that it's mostly drag and drop type design and you are always able to go back and add in more or less. I appreciate that I can add links to social media and our website. I can bring in video clips and even have an interactive map that will show guests where evening events are. Across the board for small or large-scale events, this is the best site to use! Cons There have been a few times that I wish I was able to change something or add in something different than what was available, however, the team has always been more than happy to help get me what I need and there are many options to design and edit to make it your own. Cons I wish there was a way for my attendees to RSVP without having to make an attendee list. I’m not sure if that makes sense but I would like if anyone that receives the link can RSVP. I perform proof of concept on many new applications in my profession and often test features required. Before purchasing this one, I tested a few others and none of them provided the features I required with as much ease of use. Pros Easy to use and easy to deploy. This is a good value for the yearly subscription price. I like being able to upload files instead of creating from scratch in the application. Cons I needed the ability to move section headers. I also would like the content sections to be resizable. The photo gallery need more separation between pictures and caption visible in the gallery. I would have liked the option to purchase 1, 3, 6, or 9 months. I plan to use this website I created for 4 months but it was cheaper to buy a year than pay monthly. Review Source SN Santiago N. October 31, 2022 2.0 I was initially excited to use EC when I first hopped onto the platform because their UI was so simple and intuitive to use.... But the more I used it, the more I found limitations in place that made it impractical to use. Pros Beautiful layout of UI. Intuitive and well thought out. Customer support response time was adequate. Cons Extremely limited / restricted in terms of features and abilities. For example: 1. Cannot change a person's registration w/o providing them a full refund.... period (this includes even if they simply want to change ticket date); 2. EC doesn't allow you to track people per event (if you have multiple events). It only creates a single large pool of people for ALL your events; 3. Can only limit ticket sales per person, but not per event (ie: limit number of seats sold per event); 4. No quick printable version of their reports. You have to download everything as a CSV and segment data accordingly; 5. Non dynamic email campaigns (email campaigns don't update when a new person registers for event); 6. No ability to limit number of events a person can register for in a series; 7. Guest registrants not included in email campaigns w/ no option to opt in; and 8. Once refund is provided, registrant is automatically opted out of all email campaigns. July 25, 2021 5.0 Regardless of the technical stuff, (which I don't know if less web-interface savvy people will not get frustrated with it) I otherwise really enjoyed using this program! I needed it super fast, everything was ready, upgrading was easy and didn't require a long term contract or anything! There should be a mobile preview option somewhere to see how that would look (cuz let's face it, we are making these for people to use through their phones); but it was an easy back and forth fix. Highly recommend :) Pros I love the data tracking, customization and the ability to follow through or update customers in the same way I would on a full website! For the temporary site and ability to still edit and customize, even after sending; is truly amazing to me. I love it! Cons There are some accessibility issues I have with the more technical aspect of the site. The selection areas, when it comes to multiple lines of title and text boxes, can be super frustrating to click and then have to click AGAIN to actually edit. Why can't it just be click and edit? The "bold" option for text doesn't quite react when you select it. And when you have a set up for a Scheduling section, it should just be premade form with the titles and text to be entered/filled in...unless it wasn't intuitive that that was how I was supposed to do it...I honestly had to click each title and paragraph element to find out how to repeat the sizes, spacing and style.
