Currently we are using TalentOz to manage employee life cycle from hire to retire (except payroll). TalentOz provides regular updates to the software as a means of constantly improving the functionality. TalentOz mobile app is simple superb and made our managers life easy to manage leave, claim, time & attendance approval on the go. We have had the system for 1 year, and are very impressed with the user friendly nature, the administrative capabilities to customize the system, and the customer service, which is top notch. Looking forward Payroll & Succession Planning modules in 2017 as per their road map. I would strongly recommend adding TalentOz to your search list for talent management solutions.
