Pros

The invoicing and fee calculation functionality is perfect to save time calculating complex fee structures

Cons

The screens on the admin side aren't that mobile friendly compared to the ones on the room app

Accurate data and saves administration time correction human errors associated with calculations. easy to communicate with parents and sending invoices.

Pros

Invoicing and attendance tracking, easy to analyse data. Eliminates human errors associated with calculation of the fees.

Cons

Not being able to revert invoices after they are produced. new update in regards to future planning, allocate children into room based on their date of birth. not always happens in our setting, children are moved based on their development and of course age.

Pros

All of the information is held on the one system. We can view all the rooms and see where the children are, looks at a complete financial system to support and plan room moves going forward

Cons

can have duplication in different areas would like if things are changed in one area they don't need updating in others

Pros

Easily adapted to services, user friendly, new releases without any impact to the customer. Onsite function easy for staff to use.

Cons

Any changes i needed have been made to the system so i currently don't have any and would highly recommend it.

Pros

It is easy to use. I like the layout. I like a lot of the features I really find the support I get is always easy to understand and prompt.

Cons

I don't like that I cannot email staff similar to the parents option. I haven't figure out the accounts side of things either but that's my fault,
