Pros: User friendly process to work with this PMS and I can access this from any where. And also support from Ezee is very good.

Cons: New update I don't like so I am using my old version because I feel that its easy for me. In mobile by web its not working update rate and all

Pros: User friendly and live support. Seldom had any unresolved issues.
Switching over from one hotel to another is very easy in group hotelering. Can view guest checked in and reports of invoice breakdown gives proper idea of business generated

Cons: Cancellations are not reflected on OTA software . This has to be resolved at the earliest in consultation with Booking.com. otherwise it is a revenue loss for business entities

And about your concerns I would like to say all cancellations from OTAs do reflect on our channel manager if the bookings come after the property is switched to our software. However, there are such scenarios, we will have no reference of cancelled bookings like, you already had a booking from OTA before connecting with eZee and that booking gets cancelled. Though, there are some OTAs which allow sharing of bookings while connect with them and with such OTAs we do reflect even the cancellations even if the bookings are taken before connecting with eZee. Pros: It lets me manage both my properties very efficiently. Very easy interface. Less errors than the PMS I had before

Cons: Mobile app can be improved. It gets stuck while switching the properties and also does not let me make new reservations

Pros: Instant room block or change the rate based on requirement. Over all the usage of this app good and friendly.

Cons: I have to use the new Centric but for any major changes i have to return to old extranet.

Pros: This software initial setting up cost or fixed cost in nil. This make is Flexible as we are small properties in one group.

Cons: May be could improve more on the communication templates. We need to have more photos or sliders in our templates.

Overall: We have been able to automate our booking system effectively, the software operation is simple hence its easy to train staff.

Pros: eZee offers the precise results and level of management that a large chain like Zostel needs; also including a range of valuable features for financial tracking. It has indeed been helpful in helping us manage a growing hostel chain.

Additional Note: 24x7 support, and swift resolution of queries

Cons: The user interface could be worked upon a bit, bringing more intuitiveness to it.
The last UI update was long ago.

Pros: Apart from being affordable, eZee is pretty straight forward too! Owing to the simplicity of the software, the new joinees take a week or so going through and practicing, and within no time they are up and running.. checking guests in, printing folios, making modifications in the booking and generating reports.

Cons: The reports section, which is already extemely vast, could be further customized to suit requirements.

Pros: As is the Name "Ezee" so is the software to use ;-) Easy to access, Easy to understand. Simple and not too much complicated. Less time consuming. Productive.

Cons: Should have many more customizing options in terms of flexibility, Not very reliable, Some bugs that need a bit fixing, BUT that's OK as it's individual and situational

Pros: Good overall solution for managing rooms and reservations. Has made the whole process simple and easy to follow for front desk staff

Cons: Ours is a seasonal property which operates for only 4 Months in a year & it requires regular brainstorming regarding Features & Functionality . Though the customer support team is easily reachable there should be a little flexibility in terms of features.

Pros: You get a good training when you start with. As it a cloud one, it doesnt take long to load or to refresh or change the screens. It can only manage rooms but not banquet. You have to look for workaround. Reporting is good.

Cons: No banquet management. They attend to customer calls but have very beginners assigned from whom you have to communicate couple of times. And then you dont get the best of the solution. GST handling needs to be nurtured.

Pros: Easy to handle and always good to use as it is a cloud system, no worries about the data loose and system crash.

Cons: sometime slow and we feel a common problem every month that even we paid the Invoice still we are received the Pending reminder.
We Suggest extract that user who already paid their part and just send the mail only to them who are still pending.

Pros: In the cloud. Many functions, good reporting software.
Can track who did what. Can send automated check-in emails etc.

Cons: -Should have more options to select what is send automatically to which staff member under email settings general.
-In house sheet, showing people staying over, people leaving and people arriving, now only the arrival list is send the departure list is separate.
-Reporting should show bookings and revenue per nationality
-Should be a way to hide old staff in the user list, the list get really long now.

Overall: Good cloud based PMS system

Pros: In all very helpfull and friendly support. All issues got solved and I know where the problem was....

Cons: Got very angry about Team Viewer... Frozen keyboard and shut down the browser.. but for sure not your fault :-)

Pros: It provides great flexibility as far as room configuration/rates/availability User support is usually quick to reply to emails

Cons: The user interface is poor. The menus and options are not intuitive, making it hard to navigate. If I don't use it for over a month I always need to check my notes to know how to get to the right page.

Pros: Easy and clear to configure and use, nice features (Guest Portal...), helpful at work and a good price.

Cons: In the beginning a bit slow. I think because the system still set up everything, after a while, it worked well.

Overall: As all in one package, I can configure and manage everything on one place. Also, the employees like it!

Comments: so far eZee absolute is quite good, anyway because it based on the online cloud base so when the online speed is slow it's will cause all of the functioning will slow. Sometime when a offline guest booking because the online is show cause other guest booking in OTA can booking first compare with walk in guest. Just a suggestion if eZee centrix can design like application booking pulse (booking.com host app) will improve our update inventory speed. Another suggestion is need to upgrape eZee absolute handphone application because application eZee absolute just can see the report only if can add the reservation system would better so that we can directly key in guest detail in eZee absolute. Pros: Easy to use, Stable

Cons: Not able to open multiple transactions at a time. For example, we cannot edit more than one booking at a time.

Overall: Excellent, easy to use and stable product which is very helpful for our day to day activities. Thanks ezee!

Comments: As we continue to use the product we will be sure to update our review.

Pros: No hardware and maintenance needed just a pc and internet connections. Very versatile and configurable to our environment.

Cons: I have not found any so far. Internet speeds are not really their fault. There is the fact that the absolute package is only online would be the only fault so far.

Comments: Great solution for small and medium hotels.

Pros: Customer support. Onboarding process. The functionalities are well designed. They have suite of companion solution for channel management and revenue management solutions.

Cons: Needs little bit of orientation to use the solution. But I have experienced unlimited training ( free ). They answered all my doubts.

Overall: Ezee absolute is a very useful and easy to learn software and very good in auditing as well earlier we were using its channel manager as well but have stopped using cm just using PMS only as we our handing all our otp by ourselves but there is one thing which I want to mention that in a group reservation if we want to take a print out of their consolidated folio with taxes and extras breakup then it can't help I want to request you to if you can do some needful in solving this issue that would be great

Overall: We would have been more overwhelmed if we didn't use eZee absolute. Why? As a first starter, all you need basically to have your channel manager set up so you do not even have to worry about your room allotment being randomly input by yourself every time you have bookings from many of your extranet. It helps us so much in managing better room allotment, since we used ezee absolute channel manager, we're no longer having a nightmare where people book at the same time from a different extranet. Once they book, it will be automatically in the system without us having to go again and check and assign them. Everything is easy the user interface is very friendly looking, we cannot recommend enough.

Overall: After discovering this EZEE software solution, I took directly the 30-days free trial. Together with the manuals, it is easy to start and there are so many possibilities. I regret only one thing and that is that I should found this software 3 years earlier. Now we are starting with the Ultimate EZEE program without any investment. Cons: Lack of other modules like IPTV software that can run an entity on all fronts as a complete package for say?!

Overall: Self taught norms can only be done best with well done Basics simplified to prefect daily routines??!! A self sufficient Value run entity (hotel in this case) can be modernised and efficient with an effective reliable (247 live support) system like eZee Absolute front office concept! Not only can I download an App now, its online data storage ensures that I can make last minute changes and updates on the go while using the keeping up with the most Tech software on the market! Information always used and sent out well tells a good profitable tale with the test of time.

Pros: Value for money. Support. Development is very active.

Cons: Limited functions, but hey, that is was small self-catering properties look for in a PMS

Overall: After conducting a market study for cloud PMS's I found this was the best by far value for money cloud PMS I could get. This was back in 2012 and by then I was the first user in my country. Now they are hundreds. Even so support keeps being helpful and development is open to improvements by from the feedback we have offered.

Interfaces with eZee Reservation, OTA's and website can improve so that data changes/updates automatically feed through to all from a single input screen

Overall: We started doing business during September 2015 and was looking for a web based Channel Manager and online calendar where I could access and manage reservations any time of the day. eZee Absolute does all of this and more at a very reasonable price. The program is very easy to use, with tutorials available online when one gets stuck. The customer support I received during the take-on phase and thereafter has been absolutely outstanding with the staff responding within hours, many times within minutes, from the time of lodging an inquiry.
We've been running live problem-free for just over a year now, totally independently with the odd request for assistance. The only only shortcoming that I could highlight is that there's currently no mobile app available, but believe this will be included in the next upgrade.
I can certainly recommend eZee Absolute to any hospitality business; from a small B&B to a large hotel with bars and restaurants.

Pros: Value for money is excellent and also the funcitonality

Cons: A bit complex and old design (I like though what I see when I go to Reports, there the design seems to be fresh)

Overall: I am really happy with ezee Absolute. It is a bit overwhelming in the beginning, but one learns fast which of the many options not to use.

Recommendations to other buyers: I love that one has the option that one can change what shows up in Absolute. However it would be great to have even more choice to select what shows up (even though I do not know how difficult it is for developers to do that). For example when I click on a reservation the drop down shows up with edit transaction etc. Here it would be great to select which ones show up, as half of them I never need. However I would need one link there which says guest details, or one where I can directly jump to the extra charges. That would safe me a lot of daily clicks. Also when I click on edit transaction I would not necessarily need the billing information to show up (as I personally never use it). Sometimes when I want to do a check-in some additional fields are required to be filled out (like passport number). It would be great that I do not only get the message to fill it out, but also that eZee would jump directly there to fill it out. Another thing I saw was that in some windows there seems to be a design update (for example the reports window) and in others not (the stay view window). Maybe that will be updated later? Another thing when doing a reservation it would be great if one could directly enter the birthdate, but that I have already said in another review before.

Pros: Support : We had more than 75 interactions on phone, Whatsapp, Chat and Email. Without any concern, eZee team supported in going live. They even helped us with multiple ongoing trainings.

All our requirements are achieved. It is feature rich solution for Hotels.

Cons: should get used to User Interface

Overall: using this Hotel PMS for 3 months. We do not have any experience in this Hotel Industry. Ezee team has helped us start using the system.

Pros: One very important thing is CMS based software (can be accessed and monitor from anywhere) also need not to worry about data security, easily manage with day today activities of the guests and with lodge staff.

Cons: Many more changes to be happen as to
1. Sending e mails to guest for their Birthday and wedding anniversaries
2. Internal communications / tasks between the employees
3. No option for cash basis accounts maintaining
4. Automatic calculation of 24 hours checkout option is not available
5. Billing does not disclose as how many nights and days the guest is stayed

Overall: I had a great experience with eZee (eZee Ultimate) all staff are supportive and responsive and the way of giving a solutions are very fast and perfect, with this software one with medium scale business can full fill all his requirement.

Recommendations to other buyers: Overall good as the executives are helping for the changes if the request is genuine.

Comments: With a software like Ezee Absolute you don't have to worry about your room. It's all very clean and easy to see at a glance. Connect it to the channel manager and you won't ever have a double booking from the OTA's. Connect it to Burrp (POS), and sending the bills from the restaurant to the room bill is a breeze.

Comments: some function in Ezee not matching with the user. it's make user confuse such as the report and searching and edit function sometime is mass. for in easy reservation and easy channel should connect and can see the how many booking both of system should be the same even user put data individual.

Comments: We've been extremely pleased with the ease of use, training, analytical power, and customer support of Ezee Absolute. From beginning of our first implementation to all of our service needs, we have received an outstanding support, especially from Sagar. The system is very intuitive and our staff find it very easy to use. We can run statistical reports helping us manage our revenue analysis. . After researching and testing many comparable platforms, we chose Ezee Absolute and are very pleased with the results.

Comments: Cons:
1. Individual login for Absolute, Reservation and Configuration. When opting for highest level, i.e. Absolute, it should include Reservation and Configuration as part of one set of menu's
2. Acceptance of credit card payments without having to acquire a speedpoint machine, eg. similar to Nightsbridge
3. Absence of a cellphone app. Not possible to process a new reservation on a mobile phone
4. Duplication re mananging calendars and reservations because Reservation doesn't fully interface with certain OTA's, eg. Airbnb, SafariNow and Travelground
5. Is an expensive option when compared with other similar packages
6. Not able to communicate with guests by email directly within Absolute

Pros:
1. Excellent customer service
2. Interface with OTA's, except for few mentioned above
3. Ease of use and tutorials provided

However, AirBnB doesn't provide a booking API and thus we cannot directly fetch the bookings to the system. We are still researching on it will update as soon as we will develop the new feature to serve this purpose. Comments: I studied a dozen PMS before settling for Ezee Absolut. Ezee allows us to do what we needed and more, was user friendly and had a competitive price. All the integration was the tipping point for us.

Pros: eZee Absolute is a very user friendly software and meets all our requirements related to Reservations, Accounting and Statistics. The Support Team of eZee Technosys Pvt. Ltd. is extremely helpful, cordial & professional. They have been very patient in understanding and customizing the software to suit our requirements.

Cons: Nothing so far. The functioning of the product and the support of the vendor is very satisfactory.

Recommendations to other buyers: Should go for this software to understand the ease of operations.

Pros: Cloud based solution with good technical support & wide array of related solutions. Good Value for Money!!!

Cons: Few times i have experienced difficulty in communicating. Have experienced difficulty in managing promotions on booking.com compared to other OTAs

Recommendations to other buyers: Extremely helpful and friendly staff. We are using following applications from eZee; 1. eZee absolute (Front Office Management) 2. eZee Centrix (Online Channel Management) After using the above applications we are happy with their solutions so far and we are planning to integrate our accounting package, with eZee system. We will be taking BurrP to manage our restaurant. Haven't had a chance to work on similar products from other competitors, but based on our experienced with eZee, i would definitely recommend their solutions to others.

Pros: eZee Absolute has very useful report tools and eZee staff is always willing to help the hotelier to know all about the system.

Cons: I would say we do like all about the system. Maybe it should be better if we could have tutorials in spanish.

Recommendations to other buyers: I would suggest to use a demo account for a few days and check if the system is good for your business. We assure you that eZee Absolute will adapt to your business, if not then eZee staff will help you find the way.
