My customers enjoy that they can use credit and debit cards as options. The customer support was very responsive when I did not understand something. As compared to other software, there is not much of a learning curve. I process most payments using invoicing, and InvoiceHome makes that super easy. Payment processing has never been easier, and I am appreciative of the software. Cons There are currently no cons with this software. It has been beyond easy to use and incorporate within my company. Our company is trying to remain environmentally friendly which means printing and using as little paper as possible. Invoice Home allows us to type our invoices out and send them to our customers. We are also able to store digitally. This is extremely important to our company as we try and keep our environmental impact as low as possible. It also allows us to customize our invoices to our liking. This makes the website feel unique to us. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a user-friendly invoice company. We were able to quickly solve various problems related to the invoice. Pros It was convenient because you could see it online everywhere. The template is easy to see, and it is possible to create professional-level invoices. Cons I'm a little disappointed with the limitations of the free plan function. This system is amazing. Pros When I first started using this company I was using their mobile website on safari, and there were some features that I felt were missing at the time. But as I continued using it, I downloaded the app and paid for the service and they just keep adding new features that I felt were lacking in the start and at this point, I am 100% happy with Invoice Home. They just keep improving each and every day. Cons Pretty much the complete opposite of what I like the most. When I first got it, there was no features that would save previous customers and you had to input info. That was the same thing each time you did a job for a repeat customer, but they fix that. With advantages download invoices in multiple formats, print and then mail them to different clients directly, and the cloud storage, but yes it is not perfect like there is a watermark, unless you upgrade plan, it will be nice to try it and deside what will fit for you. Pros I like the most is the options that I can download invoices in multiple formats, print and then mail them to different clients directly. Second the cloud storage option is also great, keeping all my invoices organized. Cons Only issue I encounter is the watermark on free invoices, which can make look less professional unless you upgrade to a paid plan.
