Just a little about how they service their client's accounts. They have people contact you on WhatsApp and promise great money for working for them. They train you and promise after 5 consecutive days of work you will get $800. This does happen, but then before you can get your money out you are hit with what is called a Combo Package which drains your work account to a negative amount almost equal to what is in there which is what you put in plus the 800 dollars they paid you, in my case it was $1017.00 overdrawn. To go on You must put the overdrawn amount in your account or you lose everything. I lost everything because I could not deposit over a thousand dollars. Don't fall for this scheme. They keep telling you to find the money and all will be alright. It is a scam....

For 5 years I started using eClincher, and I am thoroughly impressed. It is easy to use and the social media software works great. I am able to manage multiple accounts with ease, and the scheduling feature allows me to plan posts in advance. The analytics feature helps me track my performance and make adjustments as needed. Overall, eClincher is an excellent tool for anyone looking for a reliable social media software. Highly recommend!

Cons

There is nothing not to like, but to get use to the software at the beginning, you need to review the training video and practice a couple of time

I really love eclincher and its SMM capabilities; it has more features than most of the competitors I have seen on the market and with a lower price point.

Cons

Nothing that I can think of, I get what I need to manage SMM for my clients.

I love that you can schedule on all platforms easily and that it gives you suggestions for popular hashtags to use in regards to your post.

Cons

I wish it were able to post stories from this platform as well as multiple pictures for instagram.

This is a solid social media manager product that used to suffer from an outdated and confusing user interface but this has improved recently. Sadly, I cannot recommend the product due to the issues we faced with the lifetime plan for the product.

Pros

The reporting side of the product is good and although we did not utilise the product as our main social media manager due to the confusing user interface in place at the time we have still used its reporting capabilities from time to time.

Cons

We invested in a lifetime license for the product a few years ago which unfortunately eclincher have reneged on, stating that the plan we use will close at the end of 2021. We now need to pay a monthly fee in order to continue using the product. It should go without saying that, if you sell a lifetime plan for a product you should support it for the lifetime of the product. I am thankful that I decided not to use this product as our main social media tool otherwise we would have been placed in a very difficult position.

Pros

eClincher allows you to set-up individual brand accounts and the scheduling feature, even though it's basic, is also reliable. Furthermore the customer support is really good.

Cons

The reporting features could improve and I would not recommend eClincher for large business, but it's suitable for small companies.

Tech-savvy or not it doesn't matter, the Eclinncher online support team is just seconds away from helping you with outstanding service.
