They are usually fairly quick to respond. They track previous conversations which makes switching between customer service reps much easier. Cons \- I don't like that I am not easily able to search past posts, you are only able to search week to week and not your entire history. - I wish eclincher offered more analytics for posting- if it could aggregate data from all connected social media accounts it would be invaluable for anyone using it for multiple platforms. The built in analytics reports are convenient as well as the automatic publishing queues for recyclable content and campaigns. Cons You have to set up separate queues for each platform, I wish you could just set one cross platform queue. For starters, I was able to turn on the autopost with RSS feature, that takes every single blog post that I publish on my blog and publishes it automatically onto all of my social media. January 27, 2017 5.0 This product really increased my presence on social media and gratly reduced my time uploading data. This enabled me to focus on other aspects of my marketing campaigns. I would like to suggest an enhancement. Could there be an option to repeat an entry automatically and set intervals of less than a day, say everey 2 hours....and also an option to repeat up to the max of 23 times without having to do 3 times 7 repeats.
