I feel like Goldilocks! Add the integration of Canva make it easy for me to create visuals without relying on my designer. And curation of content is so easy! Love it! June 29, 2017 5.0 eClincher has given me an easy way to manage all of my social media, for a really good price, and I have all the various features that I need in one single tool, instead of 4-5 different ones. Pros i use this with my social media clients and since i'm on the agency plan, each client account has its own interface, or view, so it's helping me keep things organized and clean, and i could always add my clients onto the platform and have them see all the queues and the scheduled posts, without seeing all of my other clients of course. Its super neat! Cons one of the things that i wish i could do is post onto facebook events, but i know that facebook limits that so I'll wait for the fb API to change soon, hopefully we will have this in the future Review Source Jesus R. But, my 2 social media employees have had trouble figuring out how to use it and switching between accounts. They've actually posted artwork for social media account 1 onto social media account 2, because they forget to switch the account. They have also had trouble with the text editor when adding links and editing text. Just a bunch of little things like this has made it a bit difficult to use. And it takes more time from me to train my employees. Having said all of that, it's still the BEST social media management program I've every used. And I've used Sprout and Hootsuite. eClincher is better than both of those. The images, gifs, and canva integration is really amazing. That alone makes it totally worth the money! Scheduling is always a must-have for any social media tool, which eClincher offers. Cons eClincher's very basic reporting (total followers, change in followers, number of mentions, etc.) isn't anything you wouldn't be able to find natively. They have the best tutorials on all the features, I would highly recommend starting a free trial and playing around with the queues, your mind will be blown! Pros eClincher is the best platform for evergreen content, in my opinion. I use it to bulk upload hundreds of posts and then schedule them to run indefinitely. August 15, 2018 5.0 I love the process of scheduling posts months in advance.....more importantly the queues recycle which allows me to attend to more important tasks. There is also the visible calendar feature which makes it easy to view your entire post schedule for all profiles. Pros In comparison with other software, it has more features. The online support is phenomenal. I had a few problems which were addressed within a short period of time. The support personnel were patient and determined in working out my problems. Cons The process of integrating Instagram into the scheduler was complicated and required the technician to spend significant time in resolving the issue. Review Source RH Ryan H. So when someone comments on one of our posts on facebook, we will get notified and can quickly respond. When we have so many posts between our companies this is key to our follow up strategies. But these no longer show up in the inbox. I've tried to contact them and they never responded to my email and the chat feature they use takes FOREVER to respond. It's simply unacceptable and I can no longer recommend this company in any way. It looks like its only getting worse too unfortunately... This is EASILY my favorite, if you like easy access to Canva, Giphy and others right in publishing or real-time feed you can customize without leaving the platform then Eclincher is for you. Their customer service alone will make you want to leave whatever you're currently using. Plus, they welcome your feedback and actually update their platform. I am so happy and impressed, I'd recommend it to all! Pros I like the ease of use, the vast tools that are integrated and the customer service. Cons They need a chrome extension and post approval.
