Their great selection of templates and customization is an added bonus that allows me to truly be creative. Cons The only downside was the time it took to get accustomed to their editor, all and all Buildfire 3.0 is a wonderful tool that I would recommend to anyone! But having been recommended by a colleague to buildfire which gave me the exact response I wanted and customer support and more so, I had good selection of templates to my availability. CEO Used the software for: ### "Would recommend staying away" March 23, 2016 1.0 This company doesn't have an office, they all work remote, but will tell you different. Their product is really behind a lot of the other app builders and when I signed up with this company I was let down from literally the first week. First of all their support NEVER answers the phone. It was so hard to get any information out of them after you sign up. They will call you back very quickly when you are signing up but not when you are an actual customer for them. Second, the product is just so far behind other products in the market I would stray away. I think the only benefit of BuildFire is their pricing is lower and that's for a clear reason. It simply isn't up to par with other platforms. They also claim native applications but in reality they are just HTML5 mobile websites. They deny this but can see it by the elements seen when loading and the general quality of the product. I'd personally look around a bit more before deciding to go with BuildFire. Pros They are very easy to operate. However, once I joined it was really difficult to sell the mobile apps and support was hard to get to. My biggest complaint was the excuses around the way things work. Would not take feedback or acknowledge issues. The builder is pretty easy to use but the apps being produced are indeed HTML5 like the other reviews state. They are not native, however I was sold on the apps being native. This lead to some interesting conversations with clients who were looking for more than a mobile website and an actual mobile app. I will say the apps are easy to build but it was really hard to sell because of the lack of use and functionality in the apps.
