June 3, 2021 5.0 I have good experience with this program. It's very useful for my business. I have been using it for about 8 years now. Thank you for a good service. Pros It's very easy to use and functional. I love that I can add the company logo and all details on the invoice. You can also add a tax or fee that you can request customers to pay for. The program allowed you to set the due date which is really useful. You can also send a reminder if they haven’t make a payment yet. You can add notes, Terms and Conditions to your invoice as well. The best thing is that you can create an invoice template for different services that you have, it saves so much time. The program also got functions that allow customers to add a tip which is amazing. Cons It's perfect for me. I can't think of anything. Review Source BD Balamurugan D. April 20, 2019 5.0 MaintWiz is a good tool in managing multiple diverse O&M projects. You can get a overall snapshot on-the-go or can drill down to the last detail for a review meeting. I use it everyday and have no issues with or complaints. It is a good software that does what it says and am very happy with it. Pros MaintWiz has been the single most valuable tool for us in tracking operations and maintenance across multiple remote sites. It's very comprehensive and provides a full service solution to meet our unique needs. In addition there are many configurable fields that helped us in customization. The Asset register includes diverse assets, and provides a 360 degree view of the equipment including custom attributes, performance parameters and full equipment history. It supports multiple work order types, beyond the regular breakdown and preventive work orders. User interface is clean, intuitive and easy to use, and yet it has a complexity that enables a wealth of data to be captured. Mobile app helps us enter data right at the point of work. Condition monitoring and SCADA integration help us to get timely alerts and warnings, on first symptoms. MaintWiz visualizes data beautifully, from tree views to interactive charts. Dashboards help us in monitoring our Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a daily basis. It's scalable and we were able to roll out quickly to numerous sites across the country. Support team is enthusiastic and is very helpful. Cons Had a few but the team quickly resolved those for me. Pros I love the pay-as-you-go feature as well as the intuitive interface. It's easy to implement with hardly any training at all. Cons No cons from our side - implementing was easy and we were able to start working right away. It's a great piece of software! I love the Why-Why Analysis incorporated into the software. Pros MaintWiz has a very intuitive interface that mimics real-life operations. Didn't take much time to learn and master it. Cons For some odd reason, we didn't receive much support from MaintWiz account reps and consultants. Again, the interface is super easy to learn and use.
