Frustrating and time consuming

Pros

I don’t like anything about it. Trying to get the ability to send prescriptions electronically is a flawed and complicated process.

Cons

That you schedule appointments and do not call like instructed. You make everything complicated when it does not have to be. You obviously don’t have enough trained staff

Terrible

Pros

I did not like anything about this software. Its old and clunky and feels like its something from the early 90's!!

Cons

The customer support (I use the word support loosely) person was dreadful. I called for an issue with receiving an invoice from Exostar which I shouldn't have. She gave no apology, no interest in the query, I was left hanging in silence and she just replayed back to me what the incorrect invoice said. This was all after a ridiculously long phone system, where you have to sit and listen to multiple different "hit key 1 for this query, hit 2 for x query" type systems. Painful!! In 2022 you expect a better service than this.

I took the call for the live phone/video call. Apparently I wasn't talking fast enough for the customer service rep. I asked a question about the log in procedures and he said "I guess you're too busy right now...you'll have to schedule another appointment..." And he hung up on me.

Pros

Absolutely nothing. The design of the site is antiquated and ridiculously difficult to use.

Cons

Terrible implementation of site. E.g., here's a "security question": When did you open your main bank account?" I have 10 accounts. My main account was opened >15 years ago. How could I remember that? Being unable to answer this question forced me to schedule a live phone/video call. Ridiculous.

It was a learning curve, we used to use JobBoss. It took a bit to get used to, but honestly it is not too difficult for what I use it for. The status screens can be confusing.

Pros

I like that you can link various modules together and they will all change as you move thru your jobs.

Cons

Can be slow at times and does not keep up with me. I end up having to wait.
