Pros

Gives me the access I'm looking for towards another workstation/computer. It is pretty easy to set up.

Cons

Sometimes, the system is buggy and will cause my screen to blink as if someone is trying to get into my computer.

We use to use LogMeIn pro since moving to SreenConnect we save loads of money. It's as easy to use and has the same features.

Cons

Not that easy to connect to people computer in support. I.e. It's not as good as LogMeIn rescue

i really like the CWise portion of the program that allows a clear camera picture.

How easy it is to navigate and works well with both PC or Mac.

Cons

a few occasions there were connectivity issues but nothing major and didn't resolve itself within minutes or with a simple restart.

Had a few issues deploying via Group Policy, but overall it was easy to setup, the support call was smooth and rep was very informed. 10/10.

Mobile app isn't as good as LogMeIn, which is what we moved from.

Love how simple it is to set up a clients. The interface is very easy to use. Also love the resolution customization.

It's all good! I don't really have any complaints about this product. It could have had an even simpler walkthrough in the beginning.
