The software makes our lives easier as HR personnel and simplifies our complicated and time consuming tasks. Our main objective for using Informasoft was its recruitment and placement feature. The software does CV parsing and uses OCR technology; however, we have been using it for more than just recruitment. Before we started using Informasoft, we also needed an easy and clear organization chart for our company and Informasoft has provided that to us. One last positive comment I will make is on how flexible Informasoft is. We required some major and minor changes in the software and our requests were successfully carried out.
