I enjoy this program" February 10, 2026 5.0 It has been eye opening for me to see the kinds of things people recognize as something to thank someone for. The little things we do really matter to people. I personally have appreciated the little thank yous and I have heard several other express their joy over knowing they are appreciated! Pros The best part about , which is probably obvious, is the ability to thank your coworkers, leaders, subordinates, those in dotted line relationships, etc. for a wide variety of things with or without the Bucks. It seems safe to use- as far getting gift cards it seemed really secure. I had no issues. Cons I feel like is set up in a familiar social media way so it was easy to navigate and use I think. But the challenge really is getting people to use it. I mean some people just don't do social media or don't understand it. I am sure the worst part for me is really not having a lot of Bucks to give to my team. I understand that is more of a company budget thing but I am really overall happy with it. Especially if they are not directly in my office. It's a wonderful tool to help keep everyone connected on what is happening in the company, who does what, who is moving up, who learned what. What teams and entities are up too. etc. Pros The ability to praise coworkers work ethic, progress, accomplishments, awards or for simply learning something new. Cons I can't say that there is anything that I dislike about . If I absolutely had to list something I would say not being able to view profile pics in a larger view. Pros From a user standpoint it is easy to use and the ThanksMatters Card makes employee redemptions convenient and efficient. Cons From an Admin standpoint it is not always intuitive where to make updates and pull reports etc. We also did not like all the reminder emails that we had no control over. We now have control over what emails are sent out making the experience better. Funding the account is also a pain point for us, it takes too long for deposited funds to become available. It has strengthened our team, fostered deeper connections, and boosted collaboration across the organization. Pros As a fully remote team, has given us a virtual space to recognize one another and connect over shared interests. It’s a fun, dynamic way to keep positivity flowing throughout the organization and makes celebrating both small and big wins effortless. Cons We haven't had any negative experiences. Spaces was a really great addition to the platform and made it stand out from other options. Surveys would be a nice feature to add. The majority of employees consistently distribute their allocations, contributing to a vibrant and supportive environment. Engagement on the platform is strong, with employees regularly recognizing one another’s contributions and celebrating successes. Pros helps us cultivate a culture of positivity by keeping our team engaged, energized, and connected. We especially appreciate the automatic monthly allocation of funds, which makes it easy for employees to recognize and reward one another. Cons The only drawback I experienced was that didn’t initially integrate with our employee portal, Paylocity. Cons It was sometimes difficult to see the recognition I received because it could get lost in the feed and threads. The ability to add a Swag Store with our company logo on a variety of items was great, as well as the ability to add customized surveys for our new hires at various intervals. We also appreciate the support and ideas from your customer service team to keep our staff engaged with the platform. Pros I enjoy the ease of use. It's very intuitive, so it's easy for all of our employees to use, regardless of job role. We continually hear from our staff that recognition from peers and from supervisors is extremely important to their level of engagement. This platform allows our staff to say thank you for a job well done without taking away too much of their work time. We use this platform as a selling point in our company recruitment efforts. Cons My only concern came with the introduction of the Swag Store to the platform. When we first introduced it to our team, there were technical issues that had to b worked through. I like the points, the store, and the ability to give awards. The reward system in Motivosity it really well done. Pros I do like the ability to be able to track coachings, conversations, and appreciations. Also being able to sync my calendar with has helped out alot. I do like the points and the store. Cons I don't like that if I cancel a reoccurring meeting because it needs to be moved that I have the possibility of losing all of my previous coachings. August 28, 2025 5.0 it has been amazing! Every employee is very active on the platform and it is a great way to give out awards or little rewards to employees. Pros movitosity is one of the best employee perks! Everyone loves it and it is a great way to recognize the team and make everyone feel involved. It is a very easy learning curve and new employees can learn the tool within minutes. Everything feels secure and there is definitely a lot of value for the cost. I like the email notifications with important dates and data. Cons Nothing! Everything about our experience so far has been great. Maybe a few issues we have had were - sometimes it takes awhile to transfer money in which causes delays. An additional issue we had was that one of our team members doesn't celebrate their birthday and all of a sudden was announcing birthdays on our auto-sync slack and took a bit to figure out how to not announce. Throughout your career things evolve and so one does. We should be able to easily update our personal information not only on textually but our profile customization as well. Also, every few weeks I'm asked to reenter my login info which I don't always have on me, so I have to reset my password every time. MFA would be a great option here. If I create a gift card with a specific amount, I cannot add more money later. The remaining balance is lost.
