After using Motivosity in our organization, our employee appreciation score has greatly improved. Pros Motivosity is a great platform to use for employee appreciation. Employees are able to give appreciation to one another at any time and we use the rewards for special recognition on a monthly & quarterly basis. Motivosity is simple to use. The email notifications are good reminders to users as well. Cons One things that would be very helpful from the administrative perspective is to be able to connect Motivosity to our HR system (HR Link). Without that, the administration is quite manual. Pros Being able to shout out to team members, and also share victories of what is happening in the workplace. Cons I just wish there were more gift card options. We give out a lot of the awards on there for our employees to use. Lots of them use it for lunch in the field and there isn’t a lot of options on there for what’s around us. The support is fantastic and it is so easy to provide a nice benefit to the company. There are also some nice and easy ways to cash in on the benefits provided to employees. Pros We love helping our employees connect and recognize their accomplishments. It's so easy to reward them for their accomplishments and get them excited for events and activities. I love that team members can recognize each other and use their money towards whatever. Cons I wish there was a way to deactivate an employee and still allow them access to spend their money without being able to post anything.
