We use the Slack integration and it allows us to get even more visibility into these shoutouts. Pros Pretty simple to use. Not hard to recognize someone or using your money to get rewards. Theres enough incentive to keep using it. Cons Biggest thing is there is enough incentive to use the app but at the same time its very very easy to forget about the app entirely and miss sending out you monthly money. It’s nice to be able to schedule birthday wishes ahead of time. Pros I like being able to thank my coworkers both verbally and financially and also being thanked by them and our employer. The staff is more engaged than we anticipated, which is great! It is easy to use and really quite fun! Pros Motivosity has really brought our team together. There is a lot more recognition amongst coworkers which has boosted the moral. It is similar to a social media planform and so it is fun and easy to add emojis, gifs, and respond to others peoples' posts. The rewards have helped add a reminder and encouragement to complete tasks/certifications. Cons Nothing, I have no complaints about the functionality. I get quite a few good laughs reading some of the comments. Cons The limitations to where I can use the Motivosity card. Does not work in most Canadian retailers and not everyone offers Apple Pay.
