Pros

Being able to recognize someone with or without giving out bucks.

I don't really dislike anything as of yet.

Telling my coworkers how great they are instantly.

Pros

Easy to use and doesn't take long to go in and award a coworker for an outstanding performance that may not be remembered when it is performance review time.

Cons

A larger variety of gift cards would be nice or even supplies that a person could use for their daily work load at work.

Pros

It has been nice to be able to thank my team for their help in more than just words. I can also see what others are being recognized for.

Cons

The software provides an easy way to connect to my immediate team, but not the overall engineering department. It's just my team, then the whole company.
