I have yet to hear complaints form other staff. Pros I enjoy the ability to reward others. I also enjoy the ability to redeem funds to purchase items and/or gift cards. It's so user-friendly, and receiving recognition with coins is a fantastic motivator. Pros I really appreciate Motivosity because it makes it so easy to give shout-outs and recognize my colleagues. I have been loving the platform and I hope to be able to use it for the years to come. Pros I love how it's so easy to give thanks and show appreciation to other employees. As a supervisor, it is important to be able to have a platform to be able to do this. On the other side, I also feel great when receiving appreciation notes and coins from my team members. I want more giving dollars! I've been travelling with so many different people and I don't have enough money to give them all what they deserve haha.
