Customer service didn't reply. Said they deactivated service after we switch providers and 3 months later - were still billing us- but refused to reimburse. Service was more expensive, outdated, more difficult to use and most certainly NOT conducted with Christian grace or values in their team. Steer clear. Pros That we are no longer using it. Saddly, it was just a terrible experience all around. Cons Having used other providers- I just really found Ezekiel to be lacking in every department. We were locked out of the service suddenly, and couldn't edit- and no on was reaching back to help. After 2 months of trying we just made the call to switch providers. Switched to another provider- Weeebly- that is super easy, 1/3 the cost and awesome customer service. There was zero customer service at Ezekiel. I had to work exhaustively to get the domain name switched and then they didn't terminate the contract. Very intuitive features and good customer support. Pros Viewed with with several other companies. Great product. Great support. Good value for money. Cons Nothing negative to say about this product. We chose another company that allowed us to combine features and consolidate companies. Pros E-Zekiel does a good job of opening up web design to churches where training and web-savvy is often lacking. Cons While the software does its job well, I wonder if it is really that much better than open source solutions like WordPress. They take care of domain management, but beyond that I'm not sure there's enough added value to justify the cost. Pros I really like the the mobile app (android user) and the contacts (move all data to My Contacts w/ a few strokes). Cons It has no checkout of inventory items as a room is being booked for an event. I confirmed that there are no plans for this. The program also appears to be very flexible and I like that I can access style sheets. Cons Interface seems a bit dated but that's just cosmetic really. I would customize pretty much anything but it would help if some of the templates where updated more often. I sent emails but they have not been responded to! The "Knowledge Data Base" is worthless because it answers questions that basically you can figure out on your own that are common sense. The value for the money is very low because without support to help you when something is not working it is pointless to have a website that does not work correctly, so it is a waste of money.
