Pros: The all-in-one features offer a simple and efficient way for my clients to book and navigate through their time with me. Streamlining everything into one studio management software not only helps my client experience run smoothly but also allows me to spend more time working on other aspects of my business.

Cons: There are minor bugs or glitches that occur when pushing each new update. This is completely understandable, but would be the thing I like the least.

Pros: I love the integrated galleries, and the fact that they allow me to accept credit card payments via Square! This means I get my money in under 3 days vs. over a week with other processors! That can make a huge difference to my business when I have to order albums quickly from my suppliers. Sprout's customer service is also amazing! I had a few questions along the way and it was so great to just be able to talk to our rep and get help right away.

Overall: Being able to accept payments via Square, quick and easy booking proposals, tons of templates for questionnaires and honestly too much more to list here.

Pros: Customer service is by far the best thing about SS. Secondly, I love the templates SS has for photographers and specified per photography type.

Cons: I don't like that in Booking Proposals clients have to click on each item to see description - I would prefer if descriptions would open right away so clients see more information about package and each item included right away.

Pros: I'm able to monitor all of my business in one central location. Leads. Bookings. Income reports! It has change everything about my workflow and given me peace of mind.

Overall: Organization of my business.
I don't have many. Whenever there has been an issue it has been addressed pretty quickly. I feel a little uneasy about using the new gallery feature but interested in getting rid of my other gallery software to save money.

Pros: The way it intertwines with everything. I can show my pictures and have the client order directly from me.

Pros: The biggest pro about Sprout is that the software is your one stop shop for your whole business. Your leads, shoots, galleries, album proofs, orders, expenses, workflows and everything is right at your fingertips with ONE login . Before I was using 3 sites to manage all of this, not I use Sprout and only pay half of what I was paying before.

Cons: The biggest con would have to be overall speed. Sprout is lacking a bit in-between screens (from leads to shoots, to shoots to galleries etc) although they say this is next update that will come out, and I believe them! The other con would have to be the galleries not having a lab fulfillment option, although that is also next on the their docket.

Overall: The biggest benefit is time. Using sprout has given me more time to myself because my business practically runs itself now!

Pros: Everything is in one place: galleries, invoices, leads, report, etc. Since we only shoot 20% of our time, this is an integral part of my business. Its extremely easy to use, it's constantly being updated and improved. Sprout staff are super friendly and helpful and overall using Sprout is an amazing experience. You would be silly not to join in!

Overall: Its an integral part of my business and daily business workflow. Everything is in one place and easy to access and keep me organized and sane!

Pros: While the software is incredible, time saving and constantly improving, it's the customer service that consistently impresses me. They are so kind and patient and always easy to get in touch with. They are there for you every step of the way. Will forever be a loyal client!

Cons: There are a few things I've asked for - among them being a calendar where the client can schedule appointments. I believe that they are in the works and I can't wait to see how it turns out!

Overall: It's been an incredible time saver and also really pushed me to think about how I could maximize my time on my computer while really boosting my booked clients as opposed to just inquiring and forgetting. The community has been very helpful as well. Having everything in one place is the best part- no need to log into multiple accounts to upload galleries, send Emails, invoices, put in my bookwork information!

Pros: All my client needs are in one place. I'm able to take care of all aspects of my client relationship in one program, which saves me time!

Cons: A few things that would make creating templates and emails easier, such as more hot keys, and the ability to view and send emails in Sprout would be awesome as well.

Overall: Ease of use and time savings.

Pros: Sprout Studio has cut my office time in half and allows me to focus on more important thing to try and grow my business (marketing,networking, workshops etc.)

The fact that I only need to login to 1 account to access everything for my business is amazing.

Besides sprout studio being great for me it also looks very professional when my clients use it which in return creates a great value.

All that said it has allowed me to get more personal time back with my family and friends.

Overall: I get more met time which is awesome. It also ensures me that I am consistently giving the same quality service.

Pros: I like that it is an all in one solution for photography business rather than them being separate and having so many different systems to learn.

Cons: The occasional bug that cripples productivity is the only downfall other than that it's close to perfection.

Overall: The benefit is that it's an all in one system. Having a booking system, album proofing, photo galleries and even a sales gallery are all big deals in my book.

Pros: I love having everything centralized and being able to go to one place for planning and organization. The support is amazing and so helpful, even when there are bugs and issues they work on them super fast. They are always adding new features and really seem to listen to the customers base to see what is most valued by their users.

Overall: Super organized!

Pros: My pie charts for my income and sessions makes my nerdy heart happy!! That was one of the features I wasn't getting with my other system. I needed to know my projected yearly income and I wanted it broken down into something tangible I could understand! Sprout surpassed my expectation for sure!!!

Cons: Oh gosh- I don't feel like I have anything I don't like. There's definitely a learning curve (like with any new thing) but like I said the customer service is too notch and has made that process so much easier. The system really is super sleek and not lacking in my opinion.

Overall: I found Sprout because I was not full satisfied with my current client management system. After a little time on the web I saw some previews of the software via YouTube. I was instantly interested. She was a photographer and had tried multiple other management systems like me and still felt she was lacking in areas of managing her clients. That was me!!! My mind wanted more than my software was allowing.... So I started looking further onto Sprouts website. Right off, I loved the clean display. I loved the fact that it was solely made for photographers and I knew I needed to look further! I made a consult with one of the team members which was FREE of charge! Customer service is HUGE to me so the fact that they were taking care of their clients off the bat was awesome news to me! It was in that convo with Nick that I was officially sold. I knew immmedaitely by the 3 questions I had for them that Sprout was going to be my next step for client management. I want to tell every photographer about them! I want people to know there's a better way out there!!

Pros: Workflows, alerts, automation, contracts and booking proposals are my favorite part of this software. It makes my life so much easier

Cons: I would love for Sprout Studio to enhance the in person sales features to include something that I can present to my clients in person. Something that handles packages, and additional add ons during sales. Adding music to the slideshows would be great too.

Overall: I am in love with Sprout Studio. There is absolutely no way I could manage every step of my workflow with all of my clients without this studio.

Pros: All in one, easy to navigate with little clutter like other business management solutions, great support

Cons: I would like to see lead forms and questionnaires be a little more intuitive. Like taking more information from a form and incorporating it into a shoot. Also Fisrt and last name on the same line for contact and lead forms.

Overall: So far it has been smooth. The couple snags I ran into customer support helped me super fast. I've been at it a little over a week and have it mostly set up. The galleries are beautiful. I just can't wait to see what this will offer a little down the road.

Recommendations to other buyers: It may be a new kid on the block but it is already very robust and will only grow and become an even better tool!! Can't wait to see what they do next. It just keeps getting better.

Pros: I love the client set up, being able to keep track of invoicing, sending receipts and having an online proofing gallery gives me an edge that my competition does not have.
I love sending galleries to my clients, they look beautiful, clean well organized and easy to use.

Cons: To be honest I am too new of a user to say if there are any "Cons".

Overall: I traditionally cringe when it comes to setting up new software. I found the videos and the tours on each page extremely helpful while I was setting up. The support team Justin and Nick are awesome! Greeted any question cheerfully and with a smile :) I know you are probably wondering why am I calling support if it's so easy.... Expecting things to be complicated, I over looked the answer. Most of the time the answer was RIGHT there under my nose.

Recommendations to other buyers: If you do not act fast your discount decreases after your trial period. If you love it... just make the commitment. Its so worth it!

Pros: Organization! Customer service is the best I've ever seen from any company!

Cons: Still figuring out the kinks - but there are not many! It's a new program, so that happens! :)

Overall: I didn't think I needed something like this because I am only part time. Didn't think it was worth it. Now I think every photographer (full time or part time!) needs to know how much time they will save with this amazing software!

Recommendations to other buyers: I love that I can come up with templates and use them for clients over and over again, i can create a workflow so I don't have to remind clients when their payments are due or galleries are expiring. Everything is all in one place (contracts, invoices, galleries) and I love it!!

Pros: The seamless client login display and functionality for my clients really makes me look like a professional business. The automatic emails sent, the invoices, and the GALLERIES? Hold the phone, you mean I can cancel Shootproof? Yes, yes I can. Sorry Shootproof, but you gotta go. And the album proofer is going to be my new favorite. There are too many pros to mention. This is THE photographer's software. They nailed it.

Cons: The only gripe I have is that the logo on the invoice is really small along with the client page. Minor detail. Also, I would love if they could integrate it with your website with a custom URL, but that's also a minor detail. Cosmetic appearances is hardly a deciding factor for me.

Overall: I've been on a hunt for a quality client management program since forever. I've gone through them all: 17hats, Tave, Pixifi... and just nothing. Most were confusing or just clunky design that didn't allow you to change and edit to match your brand. I was never sold on a client management system and just tracked everything myself.

Most management programs are a little confusing to get the hang of hence why I was never a fan. I recently decided to hunt again for one when the business started to pick up and came across Sprout Studio.

At first, I was a little unsure due to the price. But then I realized that if the product is worth it, the price is nothing. So I went ahead and did the trial to get a taste of what they have to offer. Best decision I ever made.

The starting up process was phenomenal! It walked me through each step and provided input and directions on how to set up everything. Within a week I was sending out invoices, emails, and gently setting it up to match my brand and style.

I LOVE it. Love, love, love! I have never been so sold in my life on a product for my business and this is certainly one I don't regret getting behind.

Recommendations to other buyers: They offer a discount if you sign up today. In my head, I thought this discount would last until the trial expired. Little did I know is that the percentage they knock of gradually lowers. I imagine the idea is to get you on board immediately. I was still procrastinating so by the time I knew I wanted to subscribe, the discount was already lower than I remembered. I .... quietly pleaded my case to the company. They answered by re-offering the discount. OH MAN. They didn't have to do that! I felt ridiculous asking but heck yeah did that boost my love for the company! So my advice is DON'T WAIT. Give it at least a week and if you're sold, SUBSCRIBE! Not only is this management system awesome, but they give a great introductory rate for the next three months. Do it before you miss out!

Comments: This is the first full season that I will be using Sprout for my studio management and I'm super excited to have cancelled all the other softwares I was using to stay organized-everything is in one neat and tidy place-Galleries, album proofing and all of my client information! It's clean, user friendly and when setting up and learning Sprout, the customer service was AMAZING!

Comments: They've taken the place of 2 expensive systems I used: one for client management and the other for gallery management. The live chat feature for quick fixes is invaluable and they actually respond! Friendliest staff and support I've experienced. Worth every penny!!!

I'm really "growing" to love the staff and this system! Bravo Sprout Studio. Thank you for all your work putting this together. Your team is fantastic!

Comments: I love sprout studio. I am still working to manage all of my time and energy when it comes to my business but within the first month of working with sprout studio, I am amazing at how easy everything seems to be running in the business. I have no clue what I was doing before! This program and some of the educational resources that Bryan and Rob have out ie. the lie of busy and 80/20, have changed my life. I no longer feel guilty for taking time for myself and even understand how to take breaks, focus on my work life better so I can focus on my personal life with even more time, again, without the guilt of wondering if I left something undone or a client hasn't been helped.

I have come across a few different studio management systems in the past (and my first) year of business, all of which had wonderful and different offerings. I had been working with proofing systems and other programs to make sure to keep everything "easy". I didnt know what easy was until I decided to work with sprout studio.

When I run into a glitch or anything, one of the crew is there to help me.

It is intuitive and helps you to set it up based off of your needs. You can create powerful workflows to make your life easier. Plus it integrates different systems that you would have to pay for separately, otherwise, like proofing, invoicing, client management, album proofing, etc.

I am happy to grow with sprout studio - because thats another great thing, they are consistently making this program better.

Comments: Firstly, I love that Sprout is Canadian-born and offers a price, in Canadian funds. This is a huge pro to me. Secondly, I love the interface and the client portal. It is simple, clean and from my perspective easy to navigate once you have figured out where everything is. I had to switch up my previous workflow a bit to make Sprout work for me but I have not doubt that it is for the better. I do have a few dislikes about the program however most of this will become a non-issue as the program develops and new features are added. I feel confident that switching to Sprout is going to be a really good move for my business and for my workflow. I can't wait to grow with it!

Comments: I switched from another popular business management company to Sprout last year when it first launched. I did the trial and was hooked right away. This program caters to photographers and their clients. I love how clean and pretty everything looks for my client. When I send them booking proposals, they are sent through a guided process of adding their contact info, choosing the package they want, signing the contract and paying the deposit. Sprout saves me so much time because everything is streamlined and in one place for me to find. I can't say enough good things. One of the best things about Sprout is the customer service. If you have an issue, they answer right away. They try to fix the problem for you and they check up to make sure everything is going well. I switched to Sprout and have never regretted making that choice.

Comments: I was lucky enough to get in with Sprout Studio early. And with most ventures, getting involved early on could be a headache. I've been through that before. But with Sprout Studio, it's was very different. They are so focused on delivering a product that their customer base wants and keep evolving to ensure nothing becomes stagnant. This is huge for a company that provides a service that helps my life, and the lives of my clients, a helluva lot easier.

By providing one access point for me to keep all of my clients' information, images, page designs, and communication, this saves me a ton of time and money. I no longer have to log into four or five different websites to access all my clients information and images ¿ and more importantly, neither do my clients.

Saving time and money is key to running a successful business. With Sprout Studio, I can do both.

I can't recommend Sprout Studio enough to photography studios.

Comments: Systems are a must have in any successful business, or else you will find yourself wasting much valuable time replicating tasks over and over again, which in the end costs you a lot of money. When I first started implementing systems into my business, I couldn't believe the time I was getting back. After I got busier yet, I realized what the biggest time waster for me, was signing into many different programs, to manage my systems. It felt like common sense that they should all be under one room- Enter, Sprout Studio. Everything I need and use to run my business is finally under one login, which allows me to change items in one, holds all my information in one place, allows my clients to see my branding under one roof, and allows my business to be streamlined.

I would recommend this software to anyone who is just starting out in there photography business, or if you have been in the game for a little, or if you are a seasoned pro. Getting used to using systems in the beginning will save you so much.
