We previously had a book however other visitors were able to see who previous visitors were. Pros Works on Android tablets which is great as i don't see the need for an expensive Apple tablet just to run a registration system. Some good features, most importantly documents/agreements for things like health and safety. Support is good and the value for money compared to similar products is great. Cons I think the product could be a bit more attractive in terms of its interface. I also initially had an issue of my tablet locking rather than staying on the sign in screen but i think i made an error with the settings. We were pleasantly surprised by the support during the introduction and the speed at which we were able to proceed in the end. Pros Vizito is a simple tool that meets our needs perfectly. SSO for easier user management, Teams integration for notifications and GDPR as an out-of-the-box feature convinced us and made a lasting impression. We haven't found any other tool with the same range of functions at such favourable conditions (price, support, openness to changes). Cons There are a few minor things that could be improved: - Batch numbers could be better integrated. - Individual functions for locations could be improved (cross-location users, employees as hosts at other locations). Once familiar with the back end, it's quick to make changes to the fields necessary to fill in for our company. The QR code issue (above) is sometimes an issue though. But overall, a good modern system for signing people into our company & building. Pros The modern, intuitive user interface which is very customisable to each company, or even different events within our own company. Also the reports you can access & download are extremely valuable. Cons I find the QR code to sign in on a mobile device changes sometimes. To avoid queues to sign in, we print the QR code so people can scan & input on their phones. But every so often, the QR code seems to change, and the scan does not work. It's not until I check the QR codes on the screen vs. the one printed do I see that they are different. It's less of a problem with the system and more user issue! Pros Registration of guests, inviting guests, getting notified, automatic connection with printer. The overall functionality is lovely once it is all setup and works as expected. Cons The fact that other label printers did not work that well with the system and that the recommended brother printer often (when labels are reloaded), loses connection to the iPad we setup. During registration we also provide some mandatory safety and hygiene rules which now is also provable during audits. Pros A custom made very easy to use and visual package. It enables us to get an overview of which visitors and contractors are in house and we can make easily a list of them when there is an evacuation. Cons The integration of a color label printer wasn't possible or we were unable to get it working despite several telephone calls with the friendly helpdesk. A black and white labels printer was successfully installed and still operational. Pros We use the software so that we can keep track of who enters and leaves the facility for food safety and for our emergency response plans. This software was easy to set up and start using right away. We can add specific waivers or legal documents for signature as needed. We can easily download the logs for our food safety program. October 31, 2019 4.0 Used this software for 1 month before I started getting emails multiple times a day about the price needing to go up for how much traffic we had. We only have a few people utilizing this so it seemed like a big jump in price for that. Pros We implemented this software in order to make sure our staff was informed when a visitor came into the office to meet with them. It does it's job, but is just okay. Not a lot of bells and whistles to it. Cons There is no major con to this software other than the price point. I just think it is a bit much for what it does.
