### "Vizito - a great visitor management system"

Overall, we are very satisfied and hope that the system will continue to work so well. The option to send text messages is also excellent.

Pros

It is easy to handle. Everything can be managed centrally. The integration with Teams is very useful and helpful.

Cons

The Azure/M365 integration is only available for Enterprise customers, which is a bit of a shame. Nothing else.

Pros

Possibility to adjust many Options Features and Integrations to our needs. Support that is quick and try to solve everything fast! Provided FAQs with easy step by step description.

Cons

Pros

The programme Vizito that automatically notifies via email and SMS the recipient

Cons

That visitors can't disconnect more easily (via their smartphone for example) rather than having to go back to the tablet. This is not always done by the visitor, who I disconnect manually as a result.

our experience was good since we achieved the objective of registering our visitors and being able to send them notifications in case of an emergency, as well as keeping track of each one of them

Pros

One of the things that I liked the most was that I was able to adapt the forms to my needs, the registration by means of a QR code and the sending of invitations by mail

Cons

Actually everything is fine, I don't see anything that the software is missing

By using Vizito, our receptionist had more to to answer calls of emails and do her administrative tasks. We can always know how many visitors are currently in the building and can pull statistics on the number of visitors per day/month, ... .

Pros

Touchless signin, easy-to-follow steps to sign in.

Cons

No touchless singout available (that we know of).

We gebruiken de software nu ongeveer een 2-tal jaren voor de registratie van onze bezoekers. Onze algemene ervaring met Vizito is zeker positief. Het is zeer toegankelijk voor de bezoekers, maar ook zeer eenvoudig in gebruik voor ons als bedrijf. De implementatie en support verliep zeer vlot bij opstart. Een pluspunt is ook dat de after service steeds van hoge kwaliteit is. Er wordt pro-actief mee gezocht naar oplossingen en verbeterpunten.

Pros

Vizito is zeer toegankelijk en eenvoudig in gebruik, zowel voor ons als organisatie, als voor de bezoekers die zich aanmelden met de software.

Cons

Het gebruik van Vizito binnen onze organisatie verloopt zeer vlot. We hebben tot nu geen minpunten mogen vaststellen. Als we met vragen of bemerkingen zitten kunnen we ook steeds terecht bij de after service, dewelke steeds vlot en vriendelijk verloopt.

A far better solution to pen & paper.

Pros

The level of customization of this software allowed us to gather the information of visitors which we require. Every step the visitor goes through can be customized. The visitors only enter the data we need and are not forced to enter that which we do not, this provides a fast and easy sign-in process. The ability to serve different forms depending on the visitor type is great.

Cons

ID scanning and OCR using the rear camera of the tablet is a desired feature.

Compared to other tablet apps that we have used (for other functionality, not just visitor management) this is responsive, and does what we expect it to do. It's rare that I have to do anything due to issues being rare

Pros

The self sign in, visitor registration and the badge printing functionality are the main parts that we use, they are reliable and work exactly as expected.

Cons

We had issues initially when using this system however credit to the support team, they were able to help and since they problems have been rare

Reason for choosing Vizito

We started using Vizito about 5 years ago, I cannot remember the other products but we decided on Vizitio due to the functionality being robust and our legal team basically saying it was the only app that had terms & conditions as well as a privacy policy that were acceptable for us to use

### "Simple product and quick to get started"

We now have a record of people coming in and out of the depot, which we did not have before. I've found the Vizito team very helpful when I have had queries about customising the experience.

Pros

Vizito is really straightforward to set up and you can start signing your staff and guests in on day one. It works with Android tablets meaning that hardware costs are lower, and it is mostly very intuitive. It's quite easy to customise too, allowing you to add welcome messages and logos.

Cons

We were hoping to be able to link visitors to a simple satisfaction survey as they signed out, but unfortunately this isn't possible as yet.

Reason for choosing Vizito

The fact it worked with Android tablets was a big plus for us. A number of competitors are iPad only and that massively increases hardware costs.

Vizito made it possible to give us an overview of which external people are in house. During registration we also provide some mandatory safety and hygiene rules which now is also provable during audits.

Pros

A custom made very easy to use and visual package. It enables us to get an overview of which visitors and contractors are in house and we can make easily a list of them when there is an evacuation.

Cons

The integration of a color label printer wasn't possible or we were unable to get it working despite several telephone calls with the friendly helpdesk. A black and white labels printer was successfully installed and still operational.

It solved our need to move from paper documents to an electronic registration program.

Pros

The ease of use and ease of setup was fantastic. I was an early adopter and was able to work directly with the founders, who were very helpful!

Cons

There is a lot of customization and some configuration that I found a bit complicated or had a lack of documentation pertaining to it.

We have been using the software for 2 years and the overall experience has been great.

Pros

We use the software so that we can keep track of who enters and leaves the facility for food safety and for our emergency response plans. This software was easy to set up and start using right away. We can add specific waivers or legal documents for signature as needed. We can easily download the logs for our food safety program. And the software is easy to use on an IPAD and allows for touchless and self-checkin/out.

Cons

I have not had any issues with this software. Any questions were quickly answered by Vizito staff.

Mettler Toledo's experience with the Vizito system has been very positive. From the experience of the product itself and the support from the Vizito team, i can honestly say that we are impressed!

Pros

This product replaced our antiquated paper system that we previously used. Setting up was assisted by the Vizito team (remotely) and our Corporate image and Health & Safety policy was implemented on the tablet. Monitoring of our visitors is paramount in the case of an emergency!

Cons

On occasions. The device is unregistered from the Portal. This is easily resolved, but should not happen.

Vizito permets de personnaliser le type de visiteur et de badge selon une vaste gamme de préférences. Il est également possible d’imprimer à l’avance les badges pour mieux gérer les grosses affluences.

Cons

Le tableau de bord est figé et peu clair. Il serait préférable d'ajouter quelques configurations.

Very good software for visitor management and registration. Vizito is very easy to use with a lot of different features for small and big companies. It is also GDPR complient. Higly recommend it!

Cons

Depending of the local laws and regulations - maybe in the future implement face recognition for repeat guests.

The Host receives an email with the details of the visitor

Cons

Lacking integration with onsite Access Control system / Sometime the Host's name does not populate(although the Host is registered on the system), this may be due to system updates needed.
