When we had a problem understanding how a procedure worked, your tech support were able to give a very quick and accurate explanation on how to accomplish what we wanted done and how to to it correctly. Pros Ease of sending and receiving secure documents. We deal with individuals and businesses secure data like SSN's, EIN's and Financial Data and this software lets us do that securely. Before this produce we had to jump through a lot of hoops to encrypt and send or receive data from our clients. Cons Have not found a feature yet that we do not like. Therefore, I have limited experience - just instructions that were written down. I do not know if there is any training material/online for basic use?? Pros Customer Service-they are very patient with my limited knowledge of ImaginTime Entering time/expense Cons Using credit memo Reports Most all of it since I've had limited training and there is no backup person in my office. Customer service has been excellent. And functionality updates have been appreciated. Pros This is a good option for a smaller firm like ours (700 clients). It is intuitive and clients generally have no problem accessing across different browsers. Cons I find the product slow to load and navigate. Pros so easy to use and customer support was so helpful in training and set up for us. Our company is still implementing the new software so the final verdict is still undecided. Pros The software is comparable to that of Sharefile with fewer bells and whistles but priced less which is good for some applications. Cons The signature request application is not easy to use and had numerous problems during the busy tax season. I would have all type of issues and would have to get support involved. Not easy software to use in requesting signed documents back from clients. Pros Relatively easy to send confidential documents. Relatively easy for clients to reply with confidential documents. Cons Really would like to have clients sign documents and return them. July 12, 2021 4.0 We are more easily sharing information with clients , as all clients are different, and this allows flexibility. We haven't used the signature ability much yet, but hope to use that more in the future as our clients get used to this new platform. Pros Ease of sending documents either through email or the portal has streamlined my ability to communicate with clients. Cons The fact that you have to download everything from clients in order to print is time consuming and uses space on my computer. It would be much easier if documents could be printed right out of ImagineTime. Reason for choosing Mango Practice Management Recommended by a colleague, and I liked the presentation best.
