Cons When too many people are on the system at the same time there is a massive slowdown. Sometimes it moves slowly to a crawl that barely anything can get done. I find that this software provides a lot of consistent value to the company. It's impossible to consider going back to paper batch records. It can be tedious to manage, but possible to do so with a very small team. The platform is also intuitive and easy to learn. Pros Electronic batch records are a good option for digitizing manufacturing and creating value through improved efficiency and better quality. MasterControl's Mx production records is one of the best options in the field. Cons The company has a great willingness to improve their software, and has share the roadmap for good improvements down the line. But they just aren't putting out updates very fast, and when they do the quality hasn't been stellar lately.
