Pros

The ability to create mass email campaigns for customers.

Cons

Veloxy stopped sending my emails. Then when I contacted “Veloxy Support” he just sent several emails back and forth but never fixed anything. Veloxy has great potential, but they NEED a REAL Support Team that actually helps their customers.

Veloxy has proven to be a time-saver for our sellers in the field allowing them to log activities immediately and not doing it when they get back to a home office or hotel.

Pros

The Veloxy bulk email and email analytics have proven very helpful to my team. The app for when reps are in the field is valuable as well, and many love the find businesses near by.

Cons

I wish there was the ability to log all emails to our CRM, currently, only emails with primary contacts are logged.

Great experience using app - if I ever had an issue I can get Veloxy to help me understand

Pros

Logging prospects from the field into SalesForce and managing my Email Templates

Cons

The only problems I had was integrating the Veloxy app with my Email Exchange and I just got online with Veloxy tech support and they walked me through it

Overall, I love it. I like that it organizes who I've called and when, and it's no surprise who is calling me when they call me back. I can quickly log my call and take notes without carrying around a notebook.

Pros

What I like the most is that Veloxy tracks my emails and phone calls to show my activity - but it also tracks my email and shows me when my email has been opened.

Cons

The only thing that I find to be a little mundane is that I have to upload prospects using another tool using what that particular tool has in mind - if you want to create your own prospect list you have to use a formatted excel spreadsheet to upload. Once you get the hang of it, it's just a matter of copying and pasting, but it can be time consuming for a newbie.

It saves me a lot of time on keeping my opportunities up to date. Tons of integration features and notifications to keep SFDC updated and accurate.

Cons

The e-mail merge feature is not as robust as it could be.

Pros

Veloxy opens up the entire business for each rep for people leaders. With out pulling multiple reports with 1 click in veloxy engage, you can see everything you need to see. In addition, I love the notifications of activities as well as the ability to track and measure emails and contacts with a simple click.

Cons

Nothing, the designers have really listened and updated the software as needed int he time I have used the software.

The overall experience has been awesome so far. I haven't even utilized the app to its fullest potential and I can see a difference in the amount of people I am able to contact.

Pros

This app was easy to implement and get connected to simplify my daily activities. Reminds me when I haven't contacted a customer in a set period of time. This app has definitely made it easier to keep track of how and when I've contacted customers.

Cons

Not a con, but I wish there was a way to see the amount of time a customer spends reading an email.

So easy to use. Helps me log calls moments after they end so I can keep going and not spend my evening in hotels logging my calls for the day. The email tracking is great feature.
