This application makes selling simple and easy and more efficient.

Pros

i cannot explain how much this app and it’s integration with SF, makes logging calls whether it’s receiving or making calls, and how it automatically logs it on the opportunity. Best part is caller ID, and how it shows up when they are calling from past or present prospects, opportunities in SF.

Cons

NO CONS, it simply the best tool out there.

Pros

The plugin for Outlook was amazing. Being able to send out 100 customized emails from my Outlook rather than noreply@salesforce.com is huge.

Cons

No cons, it is absolutely superior to use Veloxy rather than sending out emails 1 by 1.

I am in Outside Sales and in between calls Veloxy tells me where I can be more efficient by letting me know what current accounts and lead are close to me!!! Very helpful App and highly recommend it.

I love veloxy I love how it automatically updates calls and emails in salesforce

Cons

I don't like that in Microsoft Outlook if veloxy is still running it kills my outlook sometimes which makes me uninstall it and reinstall it which can be very annoying.

I have introduced the Veloxy team to my SFDC development team and hoping we find a way to incorporate the App into our daily toolbag. It is so powerful and keeps every opportunity in front of you as a reminder and what the next steps are to closure.

Pros

I have been using the beta version of Veloxy for about three months now and I must admit it has changed the way I go about my day to day activities. Veloxy really does pick up where SFDC drops off in terms of sales tracking and next steps to closing business. I find that I am much more productive and on top of things when I have the information at my fingertips.

Cons

Nothing really in terms of liking least. For me and my use, I don't call on a specific territory so the location mapping tool isn't something I use because I have named accounts.

Veloxy has proven to be a time-saver for our sellers in the field allowing them to log activities immediately and not doing it when they get back to a home office or hotel.

Pros

The Veloxy bulk email and email analytics have proven very helpful to my team. The app for when reps are in the field is valuable as well, and many love the find businesses near by.

Cons

I wish there was the ability to log all emails to our CRM, currently, only emails with primary contacts are logged.

Veloxy not only helps me with documenting my activity in Salesforce, but it also improves my efficiency in many other areas as well. It would be extremely hard to go back to operating SFDC without Veloxy.

Pros

The application gives me the insight I need in order to validate customer engagement on my deals. It has definitely helped me close more deals through the analytics of the software.

Cons

I haven't come across anything as of yet.

My overall experience has been great, very good with assisting with managing my time.

Pros

Since using Veloxy, it's been pretty amazing of how I have been able to touch so many more of my prospects in a short period of time. Veloxy allows me to also save time, automatically logging my calls in Salesforce after I make a call through Veloxy. It also helps me to organize my day by the reminders that show up and I love the fact that it constantly shows me what opportunities are near me as well as making suggestions as to who I could call per my prospect and opportunity list. In direct sales, time management is always a factor, and Veloxy has effectively helped me manage my time.

Cons

Support is good, but sometimes hard to get in contact.

If you need to do reports and enter the relevant information on a prospect or account, this tool will make that process easy, while I am still new to it and there are some times the app will slow down or simply spin those issues do not impact my opinion of the value that it brings.

Pros

I’m a big fan of Veloxy and recommend it to my co-workers. The app allows you to see what you need; pipeline, tasks, and alerts for meetings. I use their Outlook plugin too for email templates and open rates, and the new analytics page it really nice for seeing the best days and best times of day to reach prospects!

Cons

None so far. This app has been great and helped me in SalesForce and Outlook.

Best Experience? Being able to know where my salesforce accounts are at when I am out and about! I purposely get lost when i go door pulling, and it makes it worthwhile when your Veloxy alerts you of other nearby businesses from your saleforce.

Pros

I love how effective it makes me and how much time it can save me.

Cons

The interface is outdated. It lags and crashes often.

I have never ran into issues, other than when I first linked Veloxy to my Outlook account. It did cause some issues with how my Outlook ran, but I just had to remove it and reinstall. Never had any issues since, plus the mobile app is amazing!

Veloxy has changed doing business in terms of time saving. It used to take me hours to update customer activity at the end of the day, now Veloxy does it for me as I go throughout the day.

Pros

It logs activity into Salesforce with just a couple clicks straight from my phone/tablet without having to open my laptop.

Cons

There was little to no support internally to sign up for Veloxy.

Did not like it 2 years ago. Love it now. It has helped me target verticals based on the people that are opening my emails.

Pros

Loves that it shows you how many people opened the email, what device, and what ISP.

Cons

Needs to be cleaned up a little for cosmetic reasons. The software was a little buggy, but after playing with it, I finally got it to log all my emails, not just the ones opened.

This app has helped me stay organized and be engaged with my prospects. It reminds me who to contact, auto sets future reminders, and tracks my e-mails. I am always aware of my prospects because of Veloxy.

Cons

It did glitch for a day or two where I wasn't receiving notifications. I contacted IT and they fixed it right away.
