Once I got used to the portal, it made requesting information much easier. My clients seem to like it very much. Pros I like the ability to import from Excel a spine for requests. Further, you can export the status into an excel spreadsheet, which makes it easy to keep organized and take notes, if necessary. Pros It is user friendly, and it helps organize data effectively. Cons The long emails, when added as an administrator my emails are way too long. Pros i like how much time it saves me on a weekly basis; the transparency is valuable, it easy to determine if request was met or not. No more looking thru my or associates emails to find status of requests. Pros It's a secure portal and easy to receive documents from our clients. Cons The documents font are very small and hard to see. Please show all fonts enlarged. It has a ribbon on top so its easy to see open or returned items. I use it daily, and could not imagine working without it. I can keep track with all necessary files and easy to communicate with client and history of activities. Pros Notification that client send information and I downloaded or didn't download the file. Also, reduce the chance that I miss any file and return comment to client for more information. Cons Someone has to add you as the member instead of you can search client name in the search box. Pros The best part is knowing or keeping track on how much of the requested information has been received. This helps tremendously with communicating to the client on why we have not started on an engagement. Also it reduces the number of emails back and forth with the client. The client and I can view the info that has been uploaded. Cons This is not really a con but there is an initial setup time but once setup, it is easy to roll from year to year.
