We no longer have to daily comprise long emails with open items. We can simply add it to Suralink and accept or reject it and our clients know exactly where things stand at all times. Staff Accountant I Accounting Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "As an infrequent user, I have never had an issue retrieving documents" February 17, 2020 5.0 Pros I like that it has helped the firm go paperless, giving the clients an easy place to upload their documents and other information securely, and it keeps record of when it went in, when it was downloaded, and things of that nature to help all users stay organized. Cons This could be firm side, but I have access to all the clients in the office, which makes it harder to find the one client that I'm looking for when using it. If there's a way to clean up the list of clients, such as limiting it to a search function, I think it can help the front page after you log in look more appealing. Review Source RG Robert G. Pros It was such an improvement over our old system and made data tracking and management so much easier and organized. It had a great user-friendly interface. Cons Client's inability (or apparently inability) to create lines themselves when they want to upload additional documents. Pros Surlaink makes PBC lists easy, efficient, and hassle free. We've used it for years in my firms. It eliminates the hassle of exchanging information via email and it provides a safe, secure environment for file transfers. It's super easy to use and follow. Cons Can't think of anything. It can be sub categorized into many folders for different purposes. It is easy to use. Cons The default folder setup is not right. A lot of times when one logs in, it defaults into an old folder which is not currently in use. It needs to improve to have users access the latest folder instead every time they log in. Cons I get logged out very fast, even though I set it not to do that. Would like it if when someone uploads multiple files to the same request item that it tells you what time they did it at.
