Pros When I first tried Calendly, it was a huge relief! I like that Calendly can account for multiple people’s availability, so if someone need to schedule a meeting with three of us, the other person can see our shared availability. I also like being able to create different scheduling links for different use cases, such as urgent questions or client demos. Automatic reminders for people who booked a call are also very useful. Cons I now use Notion for many parts of my workflow, and it includes scheduling features too. From a budget perspective, it is sometimes harder to justify paying for Calendly separately when I already pay for Notion and other work tools.
