I could easily send prospects my booking link, they could view the available times I created (within around of minute), select and provide a link to all required attendees. It’s easy, intuitive, and all the features are laid out in front. Cons What I grew to least like about calendly I think mainly falls to what competitors were able to do for less. It is a great product for what it does, but as my usage grew - I wanted a way to handle incoming meetings or booking/sending meeting links directly from my workspace/suite. I like that Calendly can account for multiple people’s availability, so if someone need to schedule a meeting with three of us, the other person can see our shared availability. I also like being able to create different scheduling links for different use cases, such as urgent questions or client demos. Automatic reminders for people who booked a call are also very useful. Cons I now use Notion for many parts of my workflow, and it includes scheduling features too.
