It’s pretty easy to use and I can set aside how many slots I want that day, the times I’m on lunch and the days where I just can’t take calls. I use calendly to also set up zoom meetings as it has the function as well! Pros I like that it’s a simple tool to use for the most part. You set up your availability and you are given a link. Once you get the link you’re able to hyper link it etc. Cons I don’t really like that on the “free” version you only get 1 event. Granted the product is free for one event space but if you want more you have to pay. Its understandable but a bit underwhelming. Alternatives considered [HubSpot CRM](https://www.capterra.com/p/152373/HubSpot-CRM/) Reason for choosing Calendly I use them both interchangeably, I like Calendly for its ease in phone screenings along with its simple interface. Managing contacts queue and checking history of meetings is one step and easy solution. Cons 1\. Costly with respect to other available products in the market. 2.
