Pros It does everything for you to schedule your meetings. Cons The price, of course. It could have been a lot cheaper. I got used to it. If it were cheaper, I would definitely buy it. I saw other people using Calendly, and it looked very efficient, so I looked into it and decided to give it a try. I am very happy. It works perfectly and provides exactly what I was looking for. Pros It integrates perfectly with other apps, such as Zoom, so when someone makes an appointment, it automatically arranges for the zoom call and sends the link. So much time saved! Gone are the days of the back and forth communication, the scheduling conflicts, and the missed opportunities from not being able to coordinate together. This has taken scheduling to a new level! Not only is it simplifying the process but adding a level of professionalism to it which is rare. Usually you have to sacrifice one for the other. And let's not forgot the ability to integrate with all the major communication/calendar software! No more losing track of meetings! Like I said, I didn't experence any technical difficulties while using the app. Pros What I like the most about Calendly is how easy it is to sync all my appointments with this app. I also love that all this is accessible to me on my phone and I can managage my clients directly on my phone, which makes time management a breeze Cons I actually don't have any complaints about this app at the moment. I havent experienced any difficulties using it so far. Switched from [Google Calendar](https://www.capterra.com/p/213340/Google-Calendar/) I like the Mobile interface on Calendly a lot better than other scheduling apps. It's easier to manage meetings and my schedule this way. The design of the interface is not too busy and doesn't seem crowded. It looks clean. It can automate the scheduling and provides flexibility. It also syncs up with the Google calendar and sends notifications and email once someone schedules an appointment with me. The free version also works very well if you just need basic tasks. I would recommend it to everyone. Pros The best feature that I personally like is that it can be used for automation of sending emails for all appointment bookings and sending the automated reminders. One can also create different schedules for different types of meetings. It is extremely user friendly as well. Cons It charges per user which is somewhat less cost effective.
