It has helped with the needs of me and my company and clients have not run into issues scheduling appointments with us. Pros Calendly is great for scheduling and managing appointments and events. It's easy to use, straightforward, and allows a lot of customization. Cons You cannot change the amount of user sign-ups to more than one at a given time. Pros I love that Calendly not only schedules meetings but allows me to collect information from my meeting attendees prior to the event. We most often use this feature when scheduling property showings. I am able to use their form fields to screen my meeting requests and ensure all parties are prepared. If my guest does not fill out the required information, they aren't allowed to schedule. I love that I can customize my available times, whether those times repeat, and meeting lengths. Finally, I like that I can customize the landing page, which I use to provide context, link to other webpages for the guest to review, etc. Cons I have no complaints about Calendly! I highly recommend it to anyone who has to handle many meetings. Pros I love how easy it is for someone to go through my pre made link to schedule a meeting at a time when I am free. I have to handle tons of meetings every week and handling all schedules can get hard but Calendly has made it easy. I just have a 30 minute meeting link that I have posted on my website and anyone who wants a meeting can directly schedule from there and I can get the meeting details. I really love this feature. Cons I can't think of any cons about Calendly but it would be better if the meeting scheduling page had few things for easy scheduling. Sometimes people struggle to successfully schedule a meeting because of many texts, buttons. Another great benefit is that as I've come to find, a majority of businesses and individuals use Calendly versus the other schedule tools, so it synchronized with a lot of my existing clientele. Pros Incredibly easy to set up - it took no time at all, and I was able to utilize the program immediately! It takes care of all my scheduling for me, so I don't have to lift a finger. I love a quick set up, and then I don't have to follow up at all after, this program just takes care of the rest for you. Cons Not much to not like, the setup was easy and quick, the program tales care of my scheduling for me, and there was even a free trial. The thing I liked the most was the simple interface and the ability to have calendar integration. This allowed for a high level of user friendliness and gave me the ability to schedule calls the right way.
