Cheap. Doesn't work. My kid would program a better app. Pros I tried to type nothing but Calendly is requiring a longer response in order to submit my review. What I like the most is that I can cancel this garbage. Cons I set up the event to schedule appointments in the Pacific time zone. I tested it and scheduled a 8:30 appt. I was sent an email for 4:30 UTC time zone. No customer service. AI Bot hell. Finally a human on chat. Needed a pic of the email that was sent. After I sent the pic, the chat was disconnected. This is total garbage. I wouldn't trust new leads with this crap. Helllll Nah Reason for choosing Calendly I thought scheduling appointments would be a no brainer. We can easily view who will come in each day and who has canceled. Pros It makes scheduling interviews easier. We are able to create events where we can have our employees schedule a time slot if they wish to attend our in person events. Cons It can be sometimes complicated to navigate through. October 14, 2024 5.0 As a web designer, I appreciate the ease of use that Calendly brings to the widget world. Placing a client's Calendly widget on their website is super easy and brings another layer of personalization to the product/service. After that, the client is able to update the calendar as they see fit, allowing their clients and customers to easily view any additions or changes instantly, rather than waiting on a web designer to respond to a ticket or change request. This, in turn, allows the client's customer base to know exactly when an appointment or meeting time is available to schedule, making life just that much easier for everyone involved. Pros Easy-to-use interface; Ability for customers to provide easy access to their client base for scheduling Cons To be honest, the improvements that the Calendly team have made over the years leaves very little to be desired. I suppose there's always room for improvement, but I'm hard-pressed to find anything that even needs tweaked at this point. Inviting friends, families, or work colleagues is very easy, and events can be established with customized availability very quickly. Awesome integration with major calendar apps including Google Calendar, Outlook, and iCloud make sure that the appointments get automatically synchronized with no chances for double bookings. The most eye-catching feature is its ability to work with multiple time zones, which is useful for setting up meetings with clients or colleagues around the globe. Calendly sends automatic emails about reminders and notifications, reducing an unexplained incident of no-shows and ensuring that everyone knows about webinars. Cons While basic functionalities are easy to grasp, some advanced features take time to learn. This implies that teams or individuals new to the platform may have to go through additional training. Glitches do pop up at times when under pressure-users reported problems like glitches in syncing or notifications that don't get sent out. For example, if a client only needs 30 minutes, unless that is clearly pre created, it may or may not allow proper allocation and adjusting the calendar for another client right behind them that may need 30 minutes, vs an hour.
