It made my day as business development manager easier and helped me to faster generate more meetings with potential customers. It was very easy for me to set up and my customers more often scheduled a meeting directly over my Calendly link, it saved both me and my customers time. Furthermore, it made it easier for my customers to choose a meeting time that suited them the best.

Pros

I love that it's so easy to set up and use, always up to date with my calendar and it really helps me to quickly get more meetings with potential customers.

Cons

That it was not integrated in our company internal system

Cons

When using a free account, I wish there were more options to customize and options to schedule reoccurring appointments with clients.

I really enjoy all the automations and customization that can be implemented for different meetings. The interface is great to use and also easy for clients to book.

Pros

I like how easy and customizable it is to create a meeting type. I really think the email and SMS workflows set Calendly apart.

Cons

The team features did not fit our needs.

Pros

Regardless of what personal or corporate calendar apps you're using, requesting or organizing a calendly would not be a hassle. As it would give the host and recipients a working link to get into the call and collaborate. It would also send email confirmation and reminder.

Cons

Perhaps just the limitation to customize choices from an audience perspective like topic or support

Pros

I liked how easy it is to use and sync with my existing calendars. It is never hard to update or make appointments. It just works for the simple task of setting up appointments easily.

Cons

I'd like to be able to manage it from my gmail without having to log into Calendly separately. Meaning I'd like a deeper integration I think so I'm not swapping accounts all the time.

Pros

I like Calendly and have used it a few times to schedule meetings. It allows you to set the day and time, allows you to even add a guest to the meeting.

Cons

Calendly seems pretty easy to use. You can also reschedule and cancel the meeting. I don't have anything bad to say about it.
