Pros I love that with Calendly anyone with a link to your account can easily pick an available time slot in your open availability without the hassle of back and forth communications. It was a little bit to set up with the sales people, however it worked seemlessly. Pros I like the end product for customers- an easy platform to schedule/reschedule their appointment. It's also very customizable for your needs as a business. Cons It was a little tricky to set up with multiple sales people- they each had to login with their passwords to get synced- which was the hardest part since they're typically on the road.
