Cons There are a few tricks to learn, but after you work around that, it it totally worth it. August 26, 2024 5.0 It is used primarily with NextGen when we are trying to set a meeting with the associates who are trying to fix issues. They have tried just calling me to help out and I am away from my desk often. They started sending calendly invites to catch me when I am at my desk. This has proved more efficient. Pros It is a great tool when trying to book a meeting with multiple people. You can see exactly the dates and times that the meeting host has open to choose from. Pros I enjoy how easy to send a link for people to schedule appointments/meetings with you. I also like that you can attach extra information and links. Cons I don't like that if you schedule something outside of Calendly and want to input it in without sending a link out to the already-scheduled individual, you have to edit your availability, send yourself a link, and go through the whole booking process. Cons I had to schedule a few quick, 2 question interviews with staff, which meant I only had about 5 minutes per interview and I couldn't do it with Calendly or couldn't set it up that way.
