It allows customers to book calls/meetings/video calls with ease, giving them the option of a Teams or Zoom call. It is easy to use and allows you to customise it to your company and its needs. Our customers love how quick and easy it is to book an appointment and it has allowed us to reach more people. You can schedule meetings with 1 or 100 people and with the option to send automatic reminders, customers rarely miss a meeting. Cons I do not like that once an appointment has been created, you cannot change the time. Rather you have to create a new booking. Pros I liked the way it simplify the scheduling process. Reduce the back and forth in the emails and allows you to pick a time that suits or works for you. Cons Like the advanced features are blocked and you can only use it if you’re a pro user. Also it integrates with most of the calendars but sometimes it delays the sync with events which is not good.
