Pros

Great to organize meetings with people who are in different time zones from you.

Cons

Only works for individuals who have Google emails. Whenever I have someone who has an email from a different platform, they don't receive the meeting invite.

I liked the product and would highly recommend it to small to midsize business (based on our context use).

Pros

Calendly was used with within our team to schedule appointments and keep track of important deadlines. I liked it the most because it integrated well with Microsoft Teams and Outlook. It was also very simple to use and intuitive. Would highly recommend it to any company that has a need for an organizational calendar.

Cons

Not too many cons but I would say the pricing. Overall the price is respectable but could always be a little lower.

Easy setup and works across time zones. Quick and does what it needs to do.

Cons

For our limited use case, it's hard to justify the added expense. If you need more of the advanced features, it is definitely worth the price.

It makes it really easy to book appointments for my business. It is also very user friendly when it comes to navigation. I think for the price, it is definitely worth it.

Cons

I do wish that the forms were a little bit more customizable. I wish there was a place for clients to enter a coupon code up front.

Pros

Really easy to use, fantastic and versatile integrations. Love that you can use the same link for everyone to book in meetings, and that it's so easy to get these to appear in your and their calendars.

Cons

Some of the initial set-up was a little clunky or difficult to work out, but easily overcome!

It has always been easy to use Calendly and it has very outstanding scheduling features. Calendly has made my online teaching experience so smooth by giving me an easy platform to schedule for online conferences with my students. The experience has been so enjoyable and profitable to me.

Pros

Calendly allows direct sync with my calendar making it easy to find the most convenient time to schedule a meeting. It was easy to customize it to match my availability and scheduling needs. It has top security features which safeguards my schedules and keep them private. Calendly has a very content-rich help center that assist in learning how to use it best.

Cons

All the time i have used Calendly, it has satisfied me in all areas so no cons to write about.

Calendly has made scheduling become such a breeze task for me and i cannot speak highly enough about how it has changed my life. It has given me a very reliable space to schedule for meetings with clients. Calendly help me to find the perfect and most convenient time to schedule meetings.

Pros

Calendly simple and lightweight interface makes scheduling easy and comfortable. It has very advanced alerting tools which keeps me updated about upcoming schedules. It was so easy and seamless to integrate Calendly with the virtual conferencing products i use. Calendly is very flexible and was easy to customize it to fit my needs.

Cons

I have not found anything concerning about Calendly to dislike. Am happy with how it is working.

I have had a wonderful experience with Calendly. I am a start up business and the free version is perfect to share with others for scheduling. It also integrates very well with google calendar.

Pros

What i like most is that they offer a free version.

Cons

There are some limitations in the free version that has been the only downside.

I have had a very great experience using Calendly to schedule for meetings both at work and at a personal level. It has made scheduling incredibly easy and has helped me avoid all the inconveniences caused by making mistakes when scheduling.

Pros

Calendly makes scheduling so easy and simple and has helped me avoid all the errors in scheduling like double booking. It has automations that makes scheduling very less demanding and accurate. It integrates really well with my calendar making it easy to pick the best scheduling time when I have no other engagements.

Cons

Calendly has been efficient in every possible area and i have not found myself disliking even a bit about it.
