July 23, 2024 5.0 I have had a very great experience using Calendly to schedule for meetings both at work and at a personal level. It has made scheduling incredibly easy and has helped me avoid all the inconveniences caused by making mistakes when scheduling. Pros Calendly makes scheduling so easy and simple and has helped me avoid all the errors in scheduling like double booking. It has automations that makes scheduling very less demanding and accurate. It integrates really well with my calendar making it easy to pick the best scheduling time when I have no other engagements. Cons Calendly has been efficient in every possible area and i have not found myself disliking even a bit about it. The ease-of-use for Calendly is fantastic, for both the user and any clients who visit the user's calendar. Cons It's another additional cost that isn't a native feature for enterprise email systems. This isn't a con against Calendly. Pros Calendly is simple to use and does the job it says it does. It syncs up with my Outlook calendar so that nothing conflicts, and I can provide an easy-to-use booking link that people can use. I like that you can create multiple custom booking links for different types of meetings. Cons Nothing to say really, it does all I need it to do so I can't name any cons. The interface is clean and doesnt saturate the user with irrelevant options or options that may divert the attention Cons I was unable to customize the layout of my calendar, I think this is a much needed feature over the competition. It made my life so easy when I had meetings throughout the day but still needed to be able to have people reach out to me.
