It allows customers to book calls/meetings/video calls with ease, giving them the option of a Teams or Zoom call. It is easy to use and allows you to customise it to your company and its needs. Our customers love how quick and easy it is to book an appointment and it has allowed us to reach more people. You can schedule meetings with 1 or 100 people and with the option to send automatic reminders, customers rarely miss a meeting. Cons I do not like that once an appointment has been created, you cannot change the time. Rather you have to create a new booking. Pros Calendly was used with within our team to schedule appointments and keep track of important deadlines. I liked it the most because it integrated well with Microsoft Teams and Outlook. It was also very simple to use and intuitive. Would highly recommend it to any company that has a need for an organizational calendar. Cons Not too many cons but I would say the pricing. Overall the price is respectable but could always be a little lower.
