Pros I love the integrations, the reminders, and the ease of booking regardless of time zone. I also really love the one-off meetings where I can give people time options to choose from. Cons I don't like that my clients cannot log in and see a list of all their appointments booked. That is clumsy and time-consuming for me. Not only that but the reminders keep you on track throughout the week and it's really easy to reschedule for someone or have them reschedule. Pros Having so much control over availability and options for it. Cons The options for how many appointments in a day is not broad. For example on Tuesday I may only want to be able to allow 3 people to book and on Wednesday I may want to allow 5. Also, having the ability to integrate with other calenders is so important. Cons When adding a log it is difficult to get the correct dimensions and aspect ratio. I hate it... Time zones across the globe, getting into the system to make an invite, add a zoom... Calendly has changed my life. Rather than a back and forth with clients, I just give them the link to my calendar and they can figure out a time that works best for them. It's easier to manage meetings and my schedule this way. The design of the interface is not too busy and doesn't seem crowded. It looks clean. Pros I have been using Calendly for a few years now and I love the customizations. I set up slots for 15, 30 and 60 minutes and can easily give people links to those times. Love how you can turn off specific days and just how easy it is to use and to integrate with other softwares I am using. The feature that you can use to take payments for calls is a game changer! Cons I have had a couple of instances where I am doublebooked and maybe there is a feature that I am not using, but I wish I could integrate it with multiple calendars on multiple accounts so I can avoid overlaps. I found that Calendy is generally very easy to use. I have not had any issues using it as of now. Pros One aspect of Calendly that I particularly appreciate is the ability to schedule appointments with our prospects directly from our email and social media marketing campaigns. It has reduced a lot of back and forth as it clearly lists out all of the availabilities to choose from. Additionally, we can adjust settings so that CSMs are only available during business hours along with add some required questionnaire fields so CSMs can better prepare for the meeting. By creating Calendly specific to a campaign, we are also able to track how many appointments are driven per campaign which has now become a KPI we use to track campaign success. Cons We are still learning all of the capabilities, but it would be nice to have detailed reminders go out to customers prior to an appointment. We have found many customers set up an appointment, forget about it, and end up canceling. Additionally, having more options when creating a pre appointment questionnaire so we can better qualify the customers scheduling the appointments and find out who else should be on the call to create the optimal customer experience. Works great and extrememly affordable! Pros We went with Calendly specifically to sync our publics events Outlook calendar to website calendar/scheduler. Also, the customizable templates are great and super easy to use. Also, being able to assign roles and permissions is great since I don't want all of my staff to have the same level of access. Cons The calendar sync is the main feature we wanted in purchasing our plan. It works great. However, on occasion the sync is a bit off. So it takes about 15-30 minutes for live updates. I have watched them grow and have been a user from almost the beginning of their creation. They continue to get better. I can't wait to see what's next. Hopefully, they'll crossover into the world of CRMs. Pros I love that Calendly easily syncs with my Google calendar to make sure are both up to date. When I add something to my Google calendar, that time is quickly blocked from my Calendly to ensure I don't end up with double bookings. Also, they have a free version for people who don't need anything robust and their paid version is very expensive which makes it great for bootstrappers and new business owners.
